Jimin peered over his hunched friend, wondering what he was scribbing on his paper for so long. Seriously, this was probably the longest he had seen Jungkook sit in once place quietly. In fact, for some reason, both of his friends seem exhausted and bored. Scribbing something non stop on their pages. Taehyung was drawing what remotely seemed similar to an alien. Or atleast, that's what Jimin could make out of it.
"Why are you doodling a thistle?" Jimin questioned, noticing the Scottish goldfinch next to the, currently being drawn, weed.
Jungkook sighed and looked down, "I uh, have no idea. Probably because I going through some botany notes yesterday."
"What's up with the both of you?" Jimin questioned, "Why the long face?"
At that Taehyung and Jungkook glanced over to each other. Stared before glaring and looking back down to their artworks. Jimin clicked his tongue realizing that the two must have gotten in to a fight recently. Then Taehyung turned to Jimin, his lower lips quivering as he spoke.
"Jungkook-Jungkookie doesn't love me anymore." Taehyung cried, "He-He hurt me."
The said person gave an offended expression, muttering something under his breath. Jimin sighed and rolled his eyes, running his hand through his hair.
"Taehyungie...it's a game." Jimin said in a exasperated manner.
"But I had one card left! I was about to win the game!" Taehyung urged, his eyes tearing up.
Jimin was surprised by how good Taehyung was at acting. He didn't really expect to actually fake his tears just to convince him.
"Well, you should've said Uno, dummy." Jungkook mumbled.
"Shut up! I wasn't talking to you traitor!" Taehyung snapped, "You could've use the reverse card but nooooo, you had to use draw four!"
"How was I supposed to use a blue reverse on a green card?" Jungkook asked in an irked tone.
Taehyung fell quiet. His eyes rounding up a bit before talking in a soft voice, "You didn't have any green card?"
"No, of course I didn't. Hoseok hyung and Bon-Hwa hyung planned it beforehand."
"Oh." Taehyung mumbled before grinning widely and tackling Jungkook into a hug, "My kookie."
"Weren't you mad at him like one second ago?" Jimin asked. Having a hard time to comprehending Taehyung's shift in mood. Even Jungkook was the same. Smiling adorably now that Taehyung was clinging to him.
"Yeah well, that was one second ago." Taehyung shrugged.
Jimin sighed and shook his head, turning around before he could get an headache because of the other two. He flipped through the pages, wondering if he could find something about the project they were about to work on. Yesterday, he spent the entire day surfing through the internet and looking for articles on BMIs. Any references, research paper, but there wasn't much to work with. He was in their universities laboratory. The three were the only the laboratory. Their university provided the students with personalize lab, apart from the main lab. But the numbers were limited. So, the students took turn in using the laboratories, in groups of three. Right now, it was Jimin's turn. But he managed to coax a few other of his batch mates to lend him the laboratory since an hour might not be enough to work on the project.
Suddenly, he heard a knock on the door to the lab. As soon as Jimin looked up, a frown fell on his face. As much as he was annoyed to see Yoongi, he was also confused.
