He scratched his head as he tried to find his notebooks. His classes had started and he already felt overwhelmed. And of course, the professors seemed to have truck load of assignments and projects stacked away in some secret corner. Classes had started only for three days and Jimin already thought about giving up on it five times. His notes, and stationary were all over the place. Right now, he came back from his morning class, and couldn't find his biology notes. Anywhere. He had, as he quotes, turned the entire apartment upside down and was so close to thinking someone might have taken it. And then he remembered about his handwriting and thought against it.

Taehyung and Jungkook had come over for a study session and were helping him find it as well. Jimin sighed, this exactly how he was during the competition. His notes, and rough papers littered all around the room.

"Ah! Yoongi hyung I can't find them. Help me!" Jimin cried out, slumping down on the ground. Running his hand through his hair as he tried to remember where he might have kept them. He stared at the mess of papers in front of them. Then his eyes widen as he realized his mistake.

His throat growning dry. Feeling as if his heart had just dropped to the pits of his stomach. He gulped and looked to the others in the room. Taehyung and Jungkook held a sympathetic expression but didn't say anything.

Yoongi wasn't here.

They hadn't even talked to each other properly after Jungkook's birthday. Getting occupied with their works. But he was so used to having  the elder around all the time. And was still unable to break out of that habit. Sometimes, he would wake up in the middle of the night, and frown in confusion when he thought a bed was missing. Only to feel disheartened to remember where he was.

Whenever he got too caught up in his thoughts, or felt too burnt out, his first insticts was to call for the elder. Only to realize his mistake a few seconds after.

Jimin bit down on his lips and turned back around. His eyes fell up a few loose sheets and he sighed in relief. Picking up the biology note papers that had been missing for so long, he went to keep them at the study table.

He took a glance at the mess he had made and mentally noted to clean it up afterwards. Jungkook and Taehyung didn't really mind the mess, and didn't say anything about Jimin's little slip out. But they did notice the growing frequency of it. And they both feared to remind their friend how similar his behavior was getting to the way he was after... the mishap happened.

"Hyung." Jungkook called.

Jimin a little noise of acknowledgement but didn't bother looking up from his paper. He had been staring at the same word for the last few minutes. His mind astray. He couldn't help but think of eerily uncomfortable it was to live by himself in the apartment. He didn't understand why. He was used to this lifestyle. Yet a few weeks with a person he once hated, and grew to care about so much, affected him more than he could've guessed.

He didn't realize how important Yoongi had become to him until things changed. He was so used to sharin rooms with the elder, that he never noticed how much Yoongi had grown on to him. And now that he wasn't there, it felt incomplete in ways he couldn't explain.

Shaking his head of the thoughts, he turned his attention to what Jungkook was pointing to. Something about the heart that he didn't understand. Jimin looked around the page, reading the bold words and trying to connect together a meaning. He let out a sound of understanding when he realized what Jungkook was talking about and quickly formed an explaination before telling it to the younger.
