ADELAIDE'S
"It's good to see you joining us again for meals Adelaide" I heard Historia saying. I smiled.
"Im delighted too."
"Thanks for the treat. God Ive never eaten a pie like this. It takes like gold!" Sasha commented on the pie that Dad had sent to me this morning.
"Yeah right. Plus the bread was also filled with chocolate inside." Ymir commented. I smiled
"It's nothing. It's the least I coulf do for anyone for being so nice to me." I said. Christa even smiled delightly.
"Anyways, I didnt see the captain. I got surprised no one looked grumpy approaching to make me clean the toilets." I laughed at Eren's complain.
"Hey Adelaide. Do you have plans for later? It's our day off today." Reiner asked me.
"Oh I dont have anything productive to do today. Why'd you ask?" I said.He was scratching the back of his head before looking at me.
"D-Do you want to go to the town hall or something?" He asked. I saw how the others looked at us.
I dont have anything to do for today but I know Levi would be mad if he saw m with Reiner, but Reiner's a good friend.
"Oh my my! Is this true? Reiner's really asking Adelaide on a date?" Connie shockingly asked. My cheeks are burning ready. What if Levi will suddenly come and overhear this conversation?
"Oh! You're going out? Can you at least fetch me some food when you come back?" Sasha pleaded.
"The two of you look so cute" Armin said.
"They're like little red riding hood and the big black wolf" Christa said. I curled my browse in confusion.
"Now that's what I call the General's target! Good luck with Pixis" Jean interrupted.
"G-Guys-"
"Good luck with the general though." Eren said.
"Yeah. You know what kind of a mad man he is-" Bertholdt seconded
"Nice one blonde stuff. Someone's falling in love-" Ymir wasnt able to finish what she was saying when we heard someone spoke with that cold voice.
"I believe this cafeteria is meant for eating and food supply, not a gossip den." Levi spoke from behind. I gulped and looked slowly to him.
"C-Captain-"
"Lady Adelaide. I believe your father left some instructions for you not to leave my sight." He coldy said. I sighed and nodded. He looked at me for a while before speaking again.
"Meet me at my office. There's breakfast for you there." He left the area.
"Sorry guys." I said appologetically.
"I've never seen the captain so pissed like that." Mikasa commented.
I know why and it's scaring thr nuts over me.
"He seemed very territorial of Adelaide dont you think?" Armin told us. I laughed nervously. I looked at Reiner who seamed into deep thoughts.
"Im sorry, I couldnt-"
"It's fine. Maybe some other time then?" He still looked hopeful. I smiled before leaving and going to the Captain's office.
I arrived in front if the door and knocked.
"Name and business? Make sure it's worth my damn time." He sterly said. I gulped.
"I-It's Adelaide...You wanted me to come over-" I was still talking when the door opened, making me see that emotionless face that I adore.
