"Love, wake up." He whispered in my ear while his hand was caressing my face. I slowly opened my eyes and his gorgeous features were first in my view.

"Nakarating na tayo?" I asked as I was pulling myself to sit up. The calm waves were so relaxing that I can stay forever on this bed.

"Not yet, pero malapit na tayo." I glanced at him and he's keeping his eyes on me. He looked fresh, as usual, and he has also shaved. "Come. Breakfast is ready." He said more after handing me my robe. I simply gave him a little smile and grabbed it from him before heading to the bathroom. I quickly freshened up and we walked out of our cabin.

Cold breeze hits my skin, but he immediately put the brown shawl on me, wrapping his arm as well as we took the way towards our table.

The foods were all ready but the seats were still empty. I tied my hair to keep it tame. Ang lamig ng simoy ng hangin.

"Are you hungry? We can eat kung nagugutom ka na. They are still sleeping." He said and stood behind me as I stared at the vast body of water around us.

"Hintayin nalang natin sila." I replied. Still, he showed me a cup of hot milk. Hindi lang ang anak ko ang spoiled sa kanya, pati na rin ako. Leaning on his chest, I held it and had a sip.

"Malapit na tayo?" I repeated his words as a question.

"Yes, love." He breathed. "We'll be there in an hour and a half." He continued. I sighed. It's so peaceful here pero ang daming tumatakbo sa isip ko.

"Paul..." I began then heaved a deep breath again.

"Hmm?"

"Ilang taon makukulong si James?" I know that I should not be spoiling our time together but I couldn't help myself. Tinanong ko lang naman iyon dahil sobrang nagaalala ako kay Nanay Flor. Hindi siya nagsalita kaya nagpatuloy nalang ako. "Si Nanay kasi. Her health is getting worst. Hindi na effective ang mga gamot na ininom niya. Nanghihina na ang katawan niya. Ayoko lang naman na maging malungkot pa siya." I sighed again as he still remained silent.

"But he cannot be bailed out." He answered after a while. "Gusto mo ba na makalaya siya?" My brows furrowed.

"Hindi naman sa ganun. Gusto ko lang malaman nila na ayos lang si James at para mapanatag na rin kahit papaano ang loob ni Nanay." I could feel he moved closer to me, cornering me on the hedge.

"I'll see what I can do." He only said flatly. I side glance at him and muttered my Thank you. He smiled and kissed my cheek.

"Hindi ko pa pala nababasa ang Business Proposal ni Lizzie." I said para lang may mapagusapan kami. Mas nagiging kumportable na rin ako sa kanya. Hindi siya sumagot but I know that he's listening to me. "She's planning to open her own swimsuit line kasi and she wants me as Business Partner."

"Hmm. Saan?" He asked, resting his head on my shoulder. I had a sip of my milk before proceeding again.

"I'm thinking to put up an Online Store first but she wants to have a boutique. She's eyeing BGC."

"Kaya pa ba ng oras mo?" Malumanay niya'ng tanong. Napahinga ako nang malalim.

" 'Yung totoo... " Saglit akong tumingin sa kanya at bumuntong hininga. "... hindi na." I smiled and slightly shook my head. "Being an employee, a businesswoman, a daughter, and a mother is difficult. But I really want to do this with her. Isa kasi iyon sa mga pangarap namin."

"If you need anything, just tell me." He softly whispered again. A smile formed on my face.

"Thank you."

"I mean it, love. I'm always here to support you." He said more, making my heart flutter and my smile grew wider.

Few more minutes and we heard their voices. Neil was the first one who greeted.
