promt: #pov when people turn 16 they have to choose someone who loses their memory..

just an fyi i changed it a little to include you :)

sean's birthday was coming up in the next few days. you were currently sat on his bed watching him play games on his phone.

"sean, who do you think theyre going to make you choose?"
"make me choose what?" sean looked up at you, confused.
"who loses their memories"
"oh, im not too sure. whatever it is, it wont be you okay?" he smiled, grabbing your hand as he continued to play games. you rested your head on his shoulder

it was sean's birthday today. you woke up and remembered that, he didnt choose you. you decided that instead of sending him a text to wish him, you'll wish him happy birthday at school.

you saw sean at the lockers, confusion all over his face. you run up to him, hugging him from behind

"happyyy birthday" you smile, kissing his cheek
"w-who are you..?" he turned around, looking uncomfortable. your heart sunk
"i-i'm your girlfriend sean..dont tell me-" tears started forming in your eyes.
"psst, didnt you hear?" sean's best friend grabbed your arm dragging you away from him
"hear what.."
"he chose himself and lost his memories.."
"why would he do that?" then you remembered, a person gets two options, and sean promised you he wouldn't pick you. don't tell me i was the other option...

you got to class and sat in your normal seat next to sean, this time he wasn't the one talking to you.

"yo loser!!" r/n (random name) said to sean, but he was still looking at you "LOSER?! i'm talking to YOU!!" he said again, shoving sean into you. "wait..is it actually true you lost your memories?"
"did you used to bully me?" sean looked him up and down, then scoffed "i let YOU bully me?" he chuckled to himself, looking away. making the class grow quiet
"you cant even remember your fucking girlfriend, shut the fuck up"
"i may not be able to remember her, but she still gives me butterflies" sean looked at you, the pink tinge rose on your cheeks, making you look away.

you had no idea what was going on, but you missed him a lot. so you decided to talk to him after class.

"sean do you really not remember me?"
"i'm sorry i really can't..but you make me feel butterflies so maybe that's something?" he shrugged
"do you think we could still be together?"
"of course we can, but i'll just have to learn about myself and you, tell me everything"

so you and sean sat at lunch together, telling him everything. about how you got together, what you would both do, fun things that happened, everything.

it was around 5pm when you got a call from seans mum

"y/n, sweetie. please tell me sean is with you." she asked, clearly worried
"i'm sorry, he's not with me? is everything okay?" you started to become worried
"no i was at school waiting to pick him up but he didn't show for about half an hour and i just thought maybe you two went out...but now i'm home and he's still not back"
"i saw him get into a car after school though? i just assumed it was yours?"
"he got into a car? i messaged him after school asking where he is and he asked me who i am and now i don't know what to do." she broke down crying
"mrs kwak, we'll find him okay? i promise"

i don't know how to end this so i'm just going to leave this here and if i can think of a decent ending i'll make a part two <3
