Peter's POV
I had stopped a couple of muggings, a bicycle theft, and stopped a small back robbery.

I had then placed myself at the top of one of the many skyscrapers, and just watched the city below.

I could see Morton Williams supermarket, as well as Dellmars and Avengers Tower from up here.

I then saw a dog wearing a Service vest running after a little girl, a boy who looked my age and Y/N chasing after them. I smiled.

I couldn't go see her because she didn't know I was Spider-Man, but maybe I could go later after patrol and ask her if she really is carrying a gun. I wanted to be able to protect her if she did, because if the Avengers found out, that would be pretty bad for her.

It was only 3:45, so I didn't have to worry about her getting hurt by any strange men, but I would still keep an eye on them.

I had told Tony I'd see them in the morning. That was because they had the press conference WHICH I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO GO TO! But it didn't matter. I would try and spend some time with Y/N if that didn't bother her.

After 25 minutes, The three of them and Lee come out of the store, and began their way back to the orphanage.

I decided to follow them just in case.

Once we got closer I decided to go ahead and change in an empty alleyway, stuffing my suit in my bag, before running out and being met with Y/N, Lee, and the two other kids.

Y/N POV
We had just left the grocery store, Lewis and I carrying the 6 bags filled with items, while Hope was skipping happily holding onto a stuffed bear she had found which was $5.

I had paid the extra $3 because she seemed really sad when she saw that she didn't have enough.

Lee was carrying a 7th bag of grocery's that Lewis and I had no hands left to, and that we didn't want Hope to carry.

As we approached the orphanage, Peter hurrying out of an empty alleyway, a huge smile on his face as soon as his eyes landed on me.

"Hey Y/N!" He said excitedly.

I attempt to wave but fail miserable, and just settle for a huge grin.

'This is Lewis and Hope. My 'siblings' from the orphanage.' I sign.

"Oh! Hi Lewis! Hi Hope!" He said, turning to the other two and giving them a small wave.

"Hey." Lewis returned, being unable to wave.

"Hi." Hope said shyly.

"Aww don't be scared! I'm Y/N's friend from school!"

Hope gasps.

"Are you Peter!?" She says, a huge smile taking place oh her lips.

"Indeed I am ma'am." Peter says, holding out his hand, which Hope gladly shakes.

"Are you and Y/N dating? Because she likes you! I heard them talking about it." She says grinning.

I open my mouth in a way of fake hurt.

"Sorry Y/N!" She giggles.

"I guess you could say we are." Peter replies after giving me a lopsided smile.

"Here let me help!" Peter says, grabbing 2 bags from both me and Lewis.

"Thanks." Lewis says, a smile growing on his face.

We walked back to the orphanage, Peter, Hope and Lewis all talking about random things.

Once we arrived, we went inside and put the groceries on the kitchen counter.
