Why being 5'0 sucks (Maria and Cole)

so uh, before this starts, i wanna apoligise fo rnot updating in almost a week now.

school is challenging me and apperently when it's 6 degrees celcius outside i cant wear my blazer for PE while the teacher is wearing 3 layers, and i almost got isolation instead but i got an hour detention, that i didn't do cause it's complete bullshit, and then I get the neck in from my parents that say it's my fault, but then stay far away from me when im sick and don't wanna touch me?? how am i supposed to not get sick especially when theres a global fucking pandemic happening.

oh yeah and when my head of year says that they'll check up on me everyday and allow me to leave the class if its too much for me, byt then doesnt acknoledge i fuckin exist is the best feeling in the world.

and now i feel like shit because there's too much for me to deal with and i just wanna find someone to love and i just wanna be hugged again. like, a physical hug.

sorry for ranting on this oneshot. and the reason why i ranted here was cause i dont wanna piss of everyone in discord servers so i decided not to.

Cole walks into the kitchen after waking up. Now, you may be wondering why he woke up at 1pm? Well, the skyscraper himself decided to train until 5am in the morning, and completely tired himself out so by the time the poor boy landed on his bed, he was knocked out, snoring his head off.

Which is extremely irritating to everyone else, especially when they're all awake and trying to get on with their daily lives and routines, but sadly cannot due to being jumpscared every time one of the 'living' teammates walked past the Earth and Water masters' room. Spoiler; Nya wasn't in the room.

He sighed as he rubbed his eyes again for the 2nd time in the past 3 minutes, blinking slowly to try and regain resisting his urge to collapse on the ground and fall asleep again.

But as he opened his eyes agin, he saw a familar red-haired ninja standing on the kitchen counter, seeming as if she was attempting to reach something from the top cupboard, which was where they stored the candy, after a certain Green Ninja decided to eat some (by which I mean a lot) of the candy that was brought for haloween a week prior, that 'sadly' (according to the Candy Stealer anyway) wasn't ate during the said night of blanket forts and horror movies..which some have may or may not have been there for.

"Maria?" Cole mumbled tiredly, raising a 'what the hell are you doing up there' eyebrow to show how he was feeling.

The ninja in pink jolted at his sudden deep and husky voice, considering he only had just woken up and he still felt tired. She turned around to see her boyfriend looking at her, concerned in a half-amusing way and a half-'are you alright there?' expression while he stood there like a bignoodle. (no actually end my suffering wtf is wrong w me imsosorry)

Maria turned around and slided off the counter with an awkward look on her face, smiling gently with a blush on her face. "Ah, hey Cole." She greets back, but not-really, becuase Cole's greeting was more like a 'Is my girlfriend good?' than a 'Hey Maria!' but hey, it's Cole.

The black-haired blinked a few times and then slowly headed over to his girlfriend. "What were you doing up there?" He asked, gesturing to the counter and the cupboard that his girlfriend was recently on.

Maria blushes a small pink on her cheeks, and she fiddles with her hair slightly. "I-I was trying to get the animal crackers.." She stated. "ButIcan'treach."

Cole smirks as an idea of teasing pops into his head. "You can't reach what?" He says, in a manner that seems like mild taunting, looking down at his partner.

"I can't reach it?!" She blurts out. "So can you maaaaybe help me get it by using your super tall skills?"

The mentioned master of tallness giggles and agrees. "You're tiny!"

"Shush!"
