"How can you let this happen?!" Waller threw a stack of papers to the ground in seething anger. Flagg looked up at her completely surprised, completely dumfounded. He knew better than to talk back to his superior but sometimes, she really ground his gears, much like a scorned ex-wife.
"I didn't let anything happen." He responded calmly, his eyes locking with hers.
"How the hell could Lucy Quinzel just disappear from a room that cannot be opened from the inside out? There's no escape, and yet, she's done just that!" Waller growled.
"Listen. Being hysterical over this isn't going to help anyone, alright?" Flagg stood up, offering his chair to Waller. "Sit down. I'll get you some tea. Once Harley's completely come-to, we'll explain the situation. Meanwhile, I'll send some guys out to find her. If she's out, she couldn't have gone too far."
Waller scoffed. "Keep you tea, Flagg, but you best send your men out there and they best find the girl. Because if they don't, she becomes a liability, and you know what we do with those."
The threat made Flagg feel uneasy. He knew exactly what Waller was talking about and for a moment, he felt the need to send as many men out as he could to find her before Waller considered her a lost cause.
He watched the stern, stout woman walk out of his office but she turned around briefly. "I'm not surprised...her parents have quite the track record of escaping, don't they?"
As the door closed behind her, Flagg narrowed his eyes after her. Her parents? If Amanda had meant one parent, she'd specifically say Harley. But the word 'parents' had him thinking.

"How many times have I told you...you're not welcome here."
Ivy wasn't even looking at the madman standing at the door. She kept a firm hold on her watering can, sprinkles of water landing on the gorgeous bed of roses before her.
"Now Ivy, you don't mean that." The Joker grinned, folding his arms and leaning against the doorframe.
"Oh, I mean it clown. Get out." She bit.
Straightening up, the clown frowned and began to walk closer. "Oh, come now Ivy. You know we were meant to be together." He walked right up to her, her back brushing against his front. He slightly leaned his head down and inhaled sharply, taking in her scent. Her long, wavy red hair always smelled so good.
Before he knew it, Ivy jabbed her elbow right into his gut. He didn't double-over as she expected him too. She was strong, stronger than most women, but Joker wasn't fazed by it. Instead, he grabbed her arm, jerked it to the side, turned her around, and grabbed her cheeks with both his hands.
The watering can fell from her grip and to her utter dismay, she felt the clown's breath sweep her face.
"What is your- mmm!" She struggled in his grasp as he kissed her feverishly, his grip on her growing harder as she continued to struggle in his grasp. When their lips parted, Ivy used as much of her strength as she could to push him off her, which she was successful in doing.
"What the hell!" She growled at him, getting into a defensive position in case J tried anything again.
"Ahahaha I could practically taste the desperation, Pammy. The desire! Why continue to fight it?" Joker grinned at her, his silver grills flashing under the flickering florescent lights.
"I told you to get out." She bit.
"Oh, I won't be doing that anytime soon." He averted his gaze to the potted flowers on the ground and began to walk around, observing the many flowers blooming at his feet. "You see, I'm here to let you know of a little...treasure I stumbled upon."
