Since her unsettling vision and Trelawney's grim card reading, Anna could feel the effects of the negative energy on her. A Seer can occasionally get overstimulated if they get too emotionally, mentally or physically involved in a situation. And this time, Anna was too involved. She had a feeling that everything in her dreams and visions were connected somehow and were more than just bad omens. McGonagall, being the head of the House, had raised her concerns about the changes in Anna's behaviour and mood and linked it to her increasingly frequent visits to the Headmaster's office. All McGonagall knew was that Dumbledore was giving her assignments to work on, but she had no idea of Anna's abilities. None apart from Dumbledore knew. McGonagall asked from Anna to take a break from her work for Dumbledore and told her that she would speak to the headmaster about it herself, but Anna managed to convince her that she could cope.
The headmaster had found the information Anna had given him about the boy priceless, before leaving the school for days. She could tell all this information were important somehow and this was a critical year for the Wizarding World and she did not want to stop looking. She had decided to continue with her research during Dumbledore's absence, regardless of what the frequent divination practices would be causing to her. Although, she had started taking it much easier that week. If she ever felt overwhelmed, she would take a step back and meditate, or come in contact with nature in some sort of way to shake off the energies she was picking. Thankfully, she had given Dumbledore a few pieces of information. It was not long until Anna realised that boy from her vision, the abused woman's son, is Voldemort. Although she could not understand why Dumbledore wanted to investigate his past that badly, Anna did her best to provide as much detail as she could see. Her findings rarely made any sense to her, but the headmaster had found them useful, so she was pleased with herself.
The Great Hall was incredibly loud on Saturday morning. With all that, Anna had managed to take her mind off Malfoy for a while. He was nowhere to be seen. Not joining his classmates during meal times. Not attending any classes. Hermione had told her he had skipped Transfiguration on the day of their last detention and none has seen him since. Anna had also overheard Pansy speaking to her blonde friend, Tracey Davies, saying that Snape had told everyone Malfoy had been feeling poorly. Anna could not help herself getting a bit worried for him, as his behaviour had been extreme and abnormal, but she quickly shook it off, reminding herself how he had been treating her. She was still extremely angry at him for how he behaved during detention and that is why she had averted her focus towards more productive things. Dumbledore's assignments, her studies and her friends.
Ginny had told her that the Gryffindor tryouts would take place today after their meal and that there was a large amount of students who were interested in attending. Anna was not aware that Harry had become the team Captain. She would definitely go and congratulate him after their meal. Ginny, Dean and Seamus would also compete for a position in the team and therefore, for the majority of time, they were talking about that enthusiastically. Lavender did not hide her excitement when finding out that Ron will be trying out for the Quidditch team as well. On the other side, Lavender's best friend, Parvati, did not seem very happy. While others were exchanging some flying tips, Anna approached her. She could sense Parvati's stress from miles.
