i'm walking down a street in the upper ring and i can see the jasmine dragon. it's only a few more buildings down. i dropped my ring as i was putting it on. it was my favorite, a gold band lined with emeralds. it was probably the most expensive thing i owned so i freaked out when i dropped it. i saw it and i was bending down to pick it up someone else grabbed it and was handing it back to me. as i'm thanking the person and grabbing the ring i notice some things about this man. he has wrappings on his arms, his in blue clothes so he's most likely from the water tribe, big bright blue eyes, and a ponytail on the back of his head.
"thank you, my names y/n" i say.
"no problem! i'm sokka" he says with a smile.
"sokka? like the sokka that travels with the avatar?" i question.
"yeah how'd you know?" he answers with a giggle.
"i've heard the stories and names of the people the avatar is traveling with" i tell him.
"i hope they were good stories" he says.
"don't worry they were, i have somewhere to be soon but i do hope to see you again" i say with a smile.
"me too, i'd love to introduce you to the avatar and my friends" he says to me.
"thank you so much! well i better get going, see you later" i say as i'm walking and waving to him.
i finally make it to the jasmine dragon and see lee and mushi working and in nice new clothing. they haven't noticed me yet so i put my bag behind the counter and walk to lee.
"excuse me sir, could you help me?" i say
"yes of cou-" he stops noticing it's me, "y/n! i was wondering if you would come" he says while hugging me.
"of course i'd come, i wouldn't want to miss you looking nice and the opening of the jasmine dragon" i say smiling. "but" i grab the broom in his hands, "you need to tend to these customers, i'll do some of the sweeping. we'll talk later, once there's not that many people in here"
"ok just don't leave" he says walking to a table.
i start sweeping and see mushi walking away from a table.
"hey mushi!" i say waving.
"hello y/n, i'm so glad to see you" he says with a warm smile and hugging me.
"it's nice to see you too" i tell him, "mushi, i'm staying for the rest of the week but i haven't told lee yet so do me a favor and keep it a secret, i wanna surprise him" i say with a laugh.
"of course, i'll keep my lips sealed" he tells me.
"thank you so much" i turn around and continue to sweep. 'i wonder how lee's gonna react, i know not bad but who knows' i think to myself.
it's close to closing time and the last customer just walked out of the jasmine dragon. mushi suggested me and lee walk around the upper ring for a while and we did so.
"the upper ring is so nice" i tell lee
"yeah, it's pretty" he responds.
i notice a jewelry shop and me and lee walk in. as i'm walking around something catches my eye. it's a silver crescent moon ring with f/c gemstone in the middle of the moon. i stare at in amazement and lee noticed this.
"you like that ring?" he asks.
"i do. hopefully one day i can afford it. it's 5 gold pieces" i say in shock.
"wow that a lot" he says with wide eyes.
"yeah, let's get out of here before i consider stealing it" i say with a chuckle.
"you go ahead, i have... to go use the bathroom" he says.
"ok i'll wait outside"
a few minutes later and i see lee walking out.
"hey we should probably head back before it gets to dark" i tell lee this as the sun is starting to set.
"yeah you're right, let's go" he says.
we get to the jasmine dragon and see mushi walking out to go home. all three of us start walking when lee asks me a question,
"hey don't you need to get home y/n?" he asks.
"nope, i'm staying with you for the rest of the week" i say with a smile.
lee grows a little smile on his face when i realize i left my bag in the shop.
"mushi! i left my bag in the shop!"
"no you didn't. i have it right here" he says laughing.
i grab the bag thanking him for grabbing it before he left. i have my clothes and a sleeping bag in here so i would've had to sleep on the floor if i didn't have it.
we make it to their new home and mushi gets the three of us some tea. we sit and talk for a while and then we all realize we should head to our rooms and go to bed. as i'm setting the sleeping bag down i notice lee is taking of his shirt. this makes me blush a lot and idek why. he notices this and smiles at me, as he's getting into his bed and i'm bending down to get in mine he says something,
"actually y/n... i was hoping you could sleep with me in my bed" he says scratching his neck and looking to the side while sitting on the bed.
this makes me blush even harder since i've never slept in a bed with another guy, let alone a boyfriend. i nod my head and get into bed with him. my back is on his stomach and he has an arm on my side. i can hear him breathing softly so i can tell holes already asleep. i turn over and bury my head into his chest. he wraps his arms around me making me feel very warm and safe. when i'm in his arms i feel safer. i truly do love him with all my heart. i feel it's to soon to say that so for now, i keep it to myself. as he's holding me and i'm in his chest. i fall asleep in his arms ready for the next day.

YALL IM SORRY FOR NOT UPDATING IN A MINUTE, my power went out because of a hurricane two days ago and the power just turned on this morning. but now that it's back on i'll be getting to writing and updating more, have a great day or night squad :)
