"My clothes!" You snapped up from skinning a rabbit! You'd completely forgotten about it! Putting your knife down you flew to the door of your small little hut, "Tomoe! Ravenger!" You let out a high pitch whistle for your two companions. Above you, the sound of large wings flapping and the clawed paws digging into the dirt let you know they were quickly gaining up on you.

You couldn't believe you'd forgotten about your clothing down by the river like that! It was getting dark meaning the vampires would be here soon and you would not let your furs get destroyed like that!

Jumping onto Tomoe's back the giant Wolf picked up speed as your red-tailed hawk flew silently behind you.

By the time you reached the stream the sun had already set, "good thing I left my basket" you sighed and started collecting all of your stray clothes, some were scattered about, most likely from the wind, "wait.... where my belt?" You looked around the bank but couldn't find it, did the river wash it away? It was getting darker by the second and you didn't bring your torch with you. Stepping into the river you touched around the bottom until your finger came across something firm and hard, "there it is!" Pulling your belt out of the water you turned back to your village only to see that it was currently on fire.

"What the" you could see figures emerge from the forest, leaping and jumping like humanoid tics or fleas, judging by their stilettos it must have been an arm of vampires! "Tomoe let's go!" Leaving your clothing behind you sat on the growing wolf's back as he took off again to towards village, "why aren't they fighting back?" You wondered if your tribe was full of Hamon users! So where were they?!

The moment you set foot in your village a vampire lunged at you Ravenger, dived and sunk its talons into its neck while you decapitated it with a small short blade you kept on your hip. Grabbing a nearby spear you immediately started slashing through vampires like a hot blade through the ice.

"Kanna!" You yelled out for your friend, he was a dutiful hamon user! So where the hell was he?!

Ravenger lifted another vampire off an unarmed child as you sent a burst of Hamon through its chest, turning it to dust.

"Go hide" you pushed him off towards a small gathering of women and men who'd managed to take up arms," Tomoe! Fine Kanna!" You yelled, cutting the hand off a female vampire.

Tomoe started sniffing around, looking for Kanna until he came across the banquet hall. Tomoe let out a howl, catching your attention, "did you find th- KANNA!" blood, there was so much blood! The food and goblets on the tables had been knocked over and covered in bile," were they poisoned?!" You shifted one of the guards over, Pona was his name. You could see puke running down his mouth and his pupils were blown wide," who the hell did this?"

Looking over the visible faces you noticed that they were all healthy young men. Young men who were learning how to use hamon and defend to the tribe, young men who had been deceived and murdered.

"___! Oh, thank- NO!" Klee, one of the many mothers of the village had come crashing into the banquet hall and screamed once she saw Kanna, her oldest son, dead on the ground," My baby!" She wailed, trying to reach out to him, but you stopped her before she could.

"You need to go, your daughters need you more than ever right now," yous stood in front of his body and forced the older woman to look you in the eyes, "I'll be sure to keep their bodies safe, you need to go, now!" You could sense a powerful presence coming. Pushing Klee out of the banquet hall you continued hacking and slashing away at any and every vampire you came across.

Behind you, the woman and children had been loaded up and were currently being taken away by cart and horseback to a secret safe spot.

"___!" Moore yelled, cleaving a vampire in half with his broad sword," what happened?" He and a few other Hamon users were clearing out the horde of undead people.
