Chapter 3: A Decent Talk

I laid on my bed and thought about the deal. Was I right to have accepted Grayson's deal??? This means I have to spend time with someone I hate. Well if he gets rude I can always shove him in a puddle of mud.

Today is Saturday and that means, I have to go over to Grayson's house. I did my daily routine and had breakfast. They gave me a weird look when I told them I was going over to Grayson's house. I knock on the door and Jared open it. I said hi and he told me Grayson was in his bedroom. I heard Jared mumbling something but I was already upstairs.

I opened the bedroom and no one was in there. Weird, I was about to leave, when I heard footsteps. I turned around and saw him in his full glory.

I covered my eyes. "Dude, put on some clothes."

"As far as I'm concerned, I'm still in my bedroom and just got out of the shower. And I like to dry naturally." He smirked. "You can get naked so we can be even."

"In your dreams." I said as I removed my hands from my face. "Let me know when you're dressed." I walked out of his bedroom and waited on the hall.

"So, are you two a thing now?" I turned to see Jojo.

"No, we're just doing a project together." I replied.

She chuckled, "have fun." And then she left.

He told me to come in and I did. He was now wearing clothes. We may hate each other, but the guy has a killer body. He goes to the gym everyday and has an eight pack.

"Next time, send a text saying, I'm taking a shower come in an hour." I rolled my eyes.

"Well, next time don't barge in my bedroom." He shrugged.

I glared at him. How is he so annoying?

"Stop glaring, now let's get down to business." He told me while sitting on his desk chair.

"I'm still surprised, Mara liked you, let alone be with you romantically for 2 months."

"What can I say, she was into the jerk type of guy. I had to break up with her, she became too, clingy. Always wanted to be with me, called me every five minutes. Good thing she moved to Europe." He rolled his eyes.

I chuckled. "Poor you." I pinched his cheeks. "Now what are we gonna do about king asshole."

"First, don't pinch my cheeks." I laughed at that. "And second, do you want, no blood, or a little blood?"

"No blood, I don't need to go to jail. But if it gets bloodier we can always call, your grandpa, Oliver." I smirked.

"Grandpa isn't the only one who knows how to use a gun."

"No guns, let's just plan and the gun can come if we have an emergency." I added. He rolled his eyes.

He got up and walked towards me, "maybe by the end of our success, we wont hate each other anymore."

"Success, I hope so. Brad needs a very prickly cactus up his ass and mouth." I said as I sat down on his bed.

He laughed hysterically. "Who would've thought that us hating someone other than each other, would get us to have a decent talk."

"True that." I commented.

Maybe us working together would finally make us stop hating each other. I would get to see a new side of Grayson, other than the jerk one.

I arrived home and saw Daniela in the living-room. Yeah she took the whole, feel like home, to the heart. She has a key to my house and I have one to hers.

"Details."

I rolled my eyes, I sat next to her and told her everything.

"Okay, can I just say you two would make a great couple." She said with a cheesy smile.

"Are you on drug?" I gave her a look.

"Nope, I just think there's so much chemistry between you two, you both remind me of that book I read..Chasing Oblivious."

"I read that, and no one is chasing anyone here. We don't like each other. We're just two people hating the same person." I retorted.

"Excuses, excuses." She chuckled.

"Who wants to watch, the little mermaid?" Hunter asked us.

We raised our hands. My brother loves that movie so much, I think I'm responsible for that, since I would always drag him to watch it with me. Is he gay?? No. A lot of people questioned him if he's gay just cause he likes that movie. People need to get it together and stop assuming.

Monday morning, we start our plan. Time to kick the king bee's ass.
