Chapter 26: Don't Leave Me

I went back to the apartment after two days. I opened the door, and was pulled into a hug. The smell of alcohol filled my nose. Oh, Grayson.

"I'm sorry." He tightened the embrace.

"Gray, you're drunk, and for us to talk, you need to be sober." I sighed.

"No, because I need to sleep for that, and when I wake up, you won't be here. I can't allow that."

I pulled away to see him crying. I wanted to be so mad at him for jumping to conclusions. But I've never seen Grayson in this state.

"I wont okay, I'll be here when you wake up." I pecked his lips.

He just nodded. I helped him to the bedroom and took off his clothes that were a mess. I left him in his boxer. I managed to get him to sleep.

"You make it hard to be mad." I sighed.

I went to the living-room and watched a movie. Our conversation would wait till later or tomorrow.

The next day, I woke up and found myself in Grayson's arms. The man seriously woke up to sleep on the couch with me.

"I'm sorry." He mumbled as he stretched.

"I bet you are, for yesterday and for sleeping on a couch that's small for your legs."

"Yeah, that too." He sighed.

"Gray, you drinking like that, is so not like you. I know we had a fight two days ago, but I don't want you to go to alcohol."

"I'll answer all of that, but first, I need a shower and do my daily routine." With that said, he went to the bathroom.

I went to make breakfast. He needs food cause it's gonna be a long talk and he needs energy for it. After 30 minutes, he sat down and we both ate in silence. After eating, we went to the living-room and sat down on the couch.

"Nikki, I behaved like an ass, it's just, I love you so much and the idea of losing you was too much. Please don't ever leave me." He rested his forehead against mine.

"Gray, you have me, I'm yours. I would never cheat on you. There are a lot of guys in the world, but there's only one guy who drives me crazy and is the love of my life, and that's you." I kissed him.

"You're mine. I can't imagine life without you. I love you." He kissed my cheek, "I want everything with you." He kissed my other cheek. "You're my everything." He crashed his lips against mine.

"I'm yours. And please, if we have more fights like this, cause I know we will fight, no couple is perfect. But please, I'm begging you, no more getting wasted. That's not my Grayson." I sat on his lap, he wrapped his arms around my waist.

"I wont, that was a stupid thing I did. And I'll try to control my jealousy." He said sheepishly.

I giggled. "By the way, Mason is gay like the day is long."

"Oh."

"Oh, is right. Now will you please go talk to him." I squished his cheeks.

"Fine, tomorrow I will. But today, I want you. I need to feel you." He told me while removing my top.

"They do say, make up sex is the best." I removed his boxer. I grabbed a condom and placed it on his member.

I slid down and started to move. He groaned and enjoyed the ride. His mouth found my breast and sucked it as he thrusted me. Even if it was just 2 days, I've missed Grayson. Our love is intense.

"I love you so much, babygirl." He pecked my lips.

"I love you too." I smiled as I snuggled to him. "Do you ever think about the future?" I asked while interlacing our fingers.

"Yeah, last night I had the cutest dream." He smiled.

"What was it about?"

"Well, I was in the backyard playing hide and seek, with a little girl and boy. They had our features." He said as I giggled. "They both tackled me and the little girl, squished my cheeks and said, 'I win, daddy'."

I laughed. "What about the little boy?"

"He said, 'we get free cake'. And then high five his sister." I smiled at his words. "And then they showered my cheeks with kisses."

"What about their mother?"

"She was waiting for all of our asses to get inside so they could eat. You see, she was pregnant, and her family was taking their sweet time. It was a long ass time to make a pregnant woman wait." He grinned.

I laughed some more. "I hope it comes true. I want all of that with you. Except make me starve while being pregnant. Starving a pregnant woman can be your worst nightmare."

We both laughed.

"I want for your dream to come true. I want a family with you." I placed a soft kiss on his lips.

"I do too. One day in the future, I'll ask you to marry me and from there, we will make my dream come true." He caressed my face.

We smiled at each other. I have a good feeling about us.
