After two days of traveling with only a few hours of rest, Vespid and Gusion manage to reach the gates of the Shadow faction village without encountering any problems.

However, they are instructed to stay put outside the gates and confirm if they truly are acquaintances of Hanzo. With the sudden news of Gusion's arrival, Hanzo is baffled that he immediately goes to the gates and gives permission for them to enter.

Without further delay, Gusion announces the purpose of their visit—to have him join his team and dig deep into Hanabi's background. As they walk past the training grounds, Natalia drops her wooden sword and immediately shows herself to Gusion.

"Can I ask if Nero is doing fine?" she asks. Her eyes reflect concern and sincerity. However, it is not the reason why Gusion told her the truth but because she is someone who knows the dead CEO.

"He was murdered during the war. The main suspect of his death is his son, Kenshin," he simply replies.

Natalia creases her forehead upon hearing his reply. She has been with Nero Ton for years and served him behind the shadows as his assassin so Gusion's reply confused her.

"What do you mean? Nero doesn't have a son," she states.

As per Gusion's request, Hanzo asks the village chief to excuse Natalia from her duties for a while. They need to interrogate her and make her spill all the beans about Nero Ton for them to solve the puzzle of Kenshin's true identity and purpose.

And to keep their discussion private, Hanzo brings Gusion and Angela into the quarters of his team. The moment they arrive, a beautiful woman pounces on Hanzo like a how a clingy wife would do.

With an eyebrow raised, Gusion snarls, "Ha?! What the hell is going on here? You've got a wife here yet you're pursuing Nephila? Let me beat the hell out of you, bastard."

His reaction triggers a response from Vespid. She activates her strings and let them float midair, ready to attack, and with her mechanical voice, she states, "Shall I strangle him to death or de-bone him for birds to eat?"

Yukimura, the lady that Hanzo pulled out from the brothel, gets in between them and smiles.

"It's seldom for us to have visitors so why not have your seat at the living room for a while? I shall prepare some food," she states before heading to the kitchen. Judging from her actions, Gusion is convinced that she is indeed a housewife.

When they settle down in the living room with Natalia, the Emperor Scorpion still could not take his eyes off Hanzo. At that moment, he is battling himself if he should continue with the plan to bring him with them to take Hanabi or not. He is concerned about her if ever she finds out about this.

"Stop with the glare already. She ain't my wife. More importantly, let's hear what you came here for," Hanzo says. He knows that he isn't obliged to explain anything to Gusion since he isn't Hanabi's father or anything. However, his glares are annoying.

And to start their talk, Natalia asks about the death of her first master. Gusion didn't hesitate to tell her what happened and never left a detail untold. He is hoping that after their discussion, the truth about Kenshin would be revealed after being deceived by him.

After hearing his story, Natalia clenches her hand and states, "That Kenshin is in no way a son of Nero. He may have been with a lot of women but he never had once a child. As for adoption, it is only I whom he had taken under his care."

Gusion is now assured that their theory of Nero having no son is the truth. However, why did he introduce Kenshin to them as his son? But that question aside, Gusion pries about the matter when Natalia went into the Enchanted Forest with some of the abyssal demons together with Kenshin himself.
