"Me and Kira went out to watch a movie and even the arcade! If I'm being honest, it was really nice to do something fun and not be reminded of what happened the other day. Thanks Kira."
"We watched this one scary movie that scared the everlasting jeepers out of me, but thanks to Kira, she was there to help me through it. Let's just say that I don't do well under jumpscares..."
"During the arcade, there was this otter plushie I wanted, I tried playing this one game I thought I was good at, but no. I only had gotten a few tickets, but Kira was determined to get the otter for me. She played countless games until she finally got enough tickets. She cashed them in and got me the otter plushie. It was really nice of her!"
"When Kira and I were walking to my home, we found a small ice cream stand, so we stopped by and bought us some ice cream! Kira payed for mine though...I felt pretty bad that she was paying and that she was being so generous, and I even called her out on it, but she said she didn't mind. I still feel bad though..."
"It was around the end of the school day when we finished our lovely activities, students were crowing the market, so that's what I assumed. Well, unless they were skipping school as well..."
"Anyway...Kira had this great idea to have a race to the Owl House, so me being the amazing athlete (and competitor), I agreed."
"Me and her were neck and neck...well, except for the part where I saw two dark green-haired people. Honestly, I thought they were some people I knew, but one of them had a huge stack of books in their hands, so that immediately canceled out my assumptions. Unfortunately for me though, that slowed me down, so when I finally made it to the Owl House, she was there, celebrating."
"Aha! Told you I would win Noceda!" Kira called out, jumping up and down in excitement, punching the air.
Luz knelt down and put her hands on her knees, catching her breath. "Shut up...I would've won, I just...the ice cream wasn't settling too well, so that slowed me down..."
"Mhmmm, excuses excuses, this witch fair and square." Kira had her arms behind her head, she was gloating, proud of herself.
"Well aren't you proud of yourself, you know, you wouldn't be acting like this if I won, you know?" Luz stood back up straight, moving closer to Kira.
"That's yet to be discovered...maybe you should get better at running, maybe you could actually have a chance." Kira started walking off with her hands behind her back, flashing Luz a smug smile.
"What-ever!! Thank you for today Kira, have a good one!" Luz called out, watching Kira as she shot Luz a pair of finger guns and walked off, Luz waving uncontrollably.
As soon as Kira left her vision, Luz let out a different kind of sigh, surprising her.
"That's...different..."
