Yulan suddenly gets a call and leaves in a hurry. I had this hunch that she was hiding something, so I followed her.

Mom and my brother were talking, and Sophia seemed to be pretty occupied with work-related matters.

Yulan stops at a hospital and goes In.
I waited for a while before going in with her; she asked about a doctor named Alex, and after pointing to his office, she left with a grin on her face.

She gets into the office and shuts the door behind her.

" I can not believe you can't find a lady diagnosed with leukaemia. Is it hard to find?"

I placed my ear on the door and heard her complaining.

" I'm sorry, but it's difficult to get a hold of clients' files, but don't worry, I'll give you exactly what you want".

The doctor in the office with her spoke out...

Does this mean Yulan isn't sick and that she wants the test results of some patients to prove that she is?

That's lunacy.

I listened until a young boy bumped into me, and I accidentally opened the door; Yulan and her doctor turned and looked at me.

"C...Chris, what are you doing here?".
She rose from her chair and started stammering.

"I was just passing by and I saw you walking in and came to say hello,".
I raised an eyebrow.

She bites her fingers, and anytime Yulan gets caught doing anything wrong, she chews her fingers.

"R... Really?".  She found it difficult to speak clearly.

"No! How dare you lie to me,"

I grabbed her shoulder and jammed her back against the wall.

"I'm sorry, let me go,".
She battled, but I refused to.
I couldn't let her continue destroying my life all in the name of wanting me back.

She caused my relationship with Sophia to go dry, and now my mom wants her to get married again to her ex-husband.

" You have some nerve lying to me".
I forced her head up, and she looked at me.

"Wow! You're upset". She said.

"Shouldn't I? You lied to me!".
I raised my voice at her...

"Yes, I lied to you for a reason,"

She touched my face.
"I love you, Chris, and I won't let anyone stand between my happiness," she continued; I was disgusted and pushed her away...

I angrily clenched my hands and walked away. I drove back home, and she came to find her bags standing next to me.

Mom, Frederick, and Sophia all came down to witness the whole scene.
Fredrick tries to stop me from taking Yulan's bags to the door.

"Bro, what's happening?".
He interrogated.

I asked him not to interfere.
He gets the whole idea and pulls away.
I slung her bags to her and asked her to leave.

Yulan takes a step back, and just when she was about to flee, the last person I thought would say anything called her back.

Sophia stopped her.

I swivelled, and she walked to meet Yulan.
She grabbed her bags away and confronted me that Yulan wouldn't be going anywhere.

"I'm sorry what did you just say?"

I went to her.

Sophia looked into my eyes and repeated her exact words to my face. Mom, however, dragged me back and begged me not to send Yulan away and ordered that whatever problems we had, we should both settle them.

Yulan was taken back to her room, escorted by Sophia.
Mom leaves, and Fredrick flees as well, abandoning me out there.

What just happened?
