Allura walked into the kitchen and frowned when she saw Hunk hunched over a piece of paper while writing something on it.
"What are you up to Hunk?"
His face turned scarlet red as he quickly scrunched the paper up and buried it in his back pocket.
"N-n-nothing."
Allura eyed him suspiciously and cocked her eyebrows, a move she learned from Lance (since they ARE dating) "Suuureee of course."
"Jup...Okay so I'll g-go now." Hunk said and awkwardly shuffled past Allura and her piercing gaze.
"Okayyyy, see you later Hunk."
As soon as Hunk was in his room Allura ran to find Lance. "Lance!" She ran into the bridge, no Lance.
She ran to the training room and peeked her head inside. "Lance?" But only Keith was found.
"Keith, have you seen Lance?"
"Yeah he was here just now, but left to find you. Apparently he has something 'urgent' to discuss with you." He rolled his eyes and continued.
"Thank you Keith!" She yelled as she ran down the hallway again. She stopped in front of the lab when she heard Pidge talking to someone, hoping it was Lance she went inside. "Lance?"
"Nope, only Pidge." Pidge called from under the desk. Allura walked closer, she had to push things aside to make place for her to put her feet down before stepping. "What are you doing under the desk?"
"It was the only open spot in the room and - ALLURA!!" Pidge scurried from under the table and practically crawled towards Allura, careful not to touch anything on the floor.
"What?"
"You MOVED the parts out of their places."
"I What?"
Pidge sighed and talked to Allura as if she was a six year old. "I am building upgrades for our bayards (not sure how to spell it) and I specifically placed each piece next to the piece it needs to be connected to, that way I can work faster because everything is together in their groups, with its other parts. Now you messed up my system!" Pidge was making weird hand signals while she was explaining and got more aggravated the more she explained.
Allura put her hands up in defense. "I am truly sorry Pidge, please accept my sincerest apology."
"Yeah fine, just leave me be."
"Yes Pidge"
Again Allura left to look for Lance. Just as the rounded the corner Lance bumped into her, literally.
"Oh! here you are." She grabbed his hand and stared walking towards her room.
He smirked "Yeah here I am."
"Stop It Lance, I have something to tell you."
"Ohhh girl gossip session." He said as they closed the door to her room when they got inside.
"Shut up Lance, this is serious." She glared at him.
"Ok fine." Lance plopped down on her bed and spread his arms and legs out like a starfish. "I have something to discuss with you too."
"I want to go first." Allura sat down at the foot of the bed.
"Sure Cinderella."
"We have to help Hunk, I know he misses his family back on earth. He uses cooking to distract himself. I suspect that he might have feelings for Shay. I caught him writing a letter for someone, I suspect it was for her."
"I wanted to talk to you about the same thing, sure I miss my family too but at least it have you." He poked her leg with his foot. "He doesn't have anyone by whom he can seek comfort."
"Wow who knew, lover boy Lance could be serious?"
He made a pouty face in response. Allura crawled over and cuddled next to Lance, he wrapped his arms around her.
"We need to make a plan to hook Hunk and Shay up."
"Her brother won't be happy about it though."
"We will find a way, we always do."
"Of Course Princess. We'll do it like we always do it: you make the plan, I execute it."
"I'm the brains and your the brawn."
"You dork." She giggled while she buried her face in the name of his neck.
"I'm your dork."
"You are indeed."
It took me 2 hours to write this chapter! That's how bad my brain is refusing to help my will.
The last part was sooo cheesy, i'm sorry next time l'll do better.
