Chapter 30

Hi, sorry about the delay. I was busy Friday and didn't have a chance to post this until now. It's a bit chaotic and I apologize for that, but I hope you still enjoy it none the less.

Changbin snaps his fingers and in a blink of an eye the four stand within a large empty baseball field. Near the pitcher's mound are two groups of people who are having a very heated argument. One group is garbed in all black suits and dress outfits. The other is in a style that is more laid back in the hue of gray. The four are in one of the dugouts and neither of the groups seem to notice their sudden arrival. "Stay here," Minho says.

Changbin nods in agreement, "We'll try to see if we can calm them down." With that said, the angel and demon rush onto the field. Chan and Felix remain where they are, listening in carefully to the events going on in front of them. "Woah, woah, what's happening here guys," Minho says.

"Minho-ssi, what are you doing here?" A fellow angel garbed in gray asks.

"Well, Seongwoo-ssi, I heard the chaos going on over angel radio and decided to come see what was going on," Minho says simply.

"And what about you, Changbin?" A female demon asks.

Changbin clears his throat. "I um...was just passing by and noticed this going on, Hyewon-ssi. What's happening?"

"Those angels have accused Dongpyo and Hyeongjun of going after three of their friends," A demon that has wire framed glasses and a fair face says, "Can you believe those liars!" He gestures at two younger demons, who stand with their arms crossed over their chest. "The accusation is accurate, Wooseok-ssi!" A smaller angel huffs.

"Sungwoon-ssi," A female demon in a medium sized blazer states, "Dongpyo and Hyeongjun told us that those three attacked them. Not the other way around."

"That's not true!" An angel garbed in an oversized gray sweater huffs, "They came after us. We never bothered them. Right, Somi!?" He looks over at a female angel, who nods her head. "Right," Somi states, "Daehwi, Kaunlin, and I were just minding our own business."

"You angels are never minding your own business," A female demon with blonde hair says.

"You demons aren't much better, Yena-ssi," Another female states, "Always forcing humans to sign their souls away..."

"You are one to talk, Mina," Yena huffs, "You angels are so stuck up and literal dicks. You think you're better than everyone cause you live in heaven."

Mina scowls, "I swear!" She opens her palm and a silver angel blade comes sliding from her coat sleeve. She walks cowards at a steady pace towards Yena. The demon approaches her as well. The rest of the angels and demons line up alongside them, each choosing a different opponent to face off against. "Hey, hey!" Changbin exclaims, "Isn't this being a bit hasty! This could just be a misunderstanding!"

"It isn't," A demon states.

"Seungyoun-ssi, come on!" Changbin says.

The demon shakes his head, "I have had enough of my friends dying cause of these stupid feathered freaks."

"Coming from the people that slaughtered, Jisung hyung!" An angel bellows.

"Daniel-ssi," Minho says, "There's no way of knowing that it was them that killed him."

"I don't care," Daniel hisses, "It was their people! It's all the same! And now they are looking down at us and saying we are lying! Daehwi, Somi, and Kaunlin are not liars. They are our youngest siblings and we have raised them well. They would never start a fight with pathetic demons!"

"Please just stop this!" Changbin exclaims, "Both of you! This is getting out of hand. What about the humans?"

"What about them?" A woman demon asks, "Since when do we care about them..."
