The Pogues ended up hiring two vans. They drove to the holiday house with the gold in vans. Sarah got them inside and they unloaded the gold into the basement. They all went into their rooms. All of a sudden there was a loud banging at the door. "River get behind me," JJ instructed. River did as she was told. John B and Sarah went and opened the door.
Behind the door was Ward and Rafe, they barged through and all the Pogues except River stepped back as she was frozen with fear. "What do you want?" Kiara asks "I want you to get out of my house and give me the gold back" Ward yelled. This made River switch on "NO my dad went looking for the gold and you killed him so he couldn't find it, it's our turn to have it" River hissed. Rafe slowly started moving toward the group "Stay away" JJ growled. All the sudden Rafe tried to push past the Pogues to get to the basement River and Pope tackled him to the floor.
All the sudden a bang went off that sounded like a gun. Ward had the gun pointed straight at River. The Pogues looked down their eyes filled with fear. JJ dropped to the floor crying whilst holding River. All the Pogues were crowded around River as she was bleeding out. They were hysterical. "PLease River I can't lose you, I love you" weeped JJ. The Pogues were saying things like "Don't leave us" or "Please River we need you". Rafe and Ward were frozen in place shocked at what just happened. All of a sudden the cops busted through the door and arrested Rafe and Ward. The ambulance came and tried to save her.
