Le me drink wine without you

- You are heartless. - we burst out laughing

- Sorry, I know I am, but my best friend just told me she is pregnant, And I couldn't be happier about it - I said with a smile

- As part of your support, you should not drink alcohol in solidarity with me - Liv tried to be serious but it didn't work out

- I should? - I pretended as if I still didn't understand what she said

- Yes

- Ok, this is one glass of wine for the health of this little crumble - I said, starting pouring the wine into the glass

- Ok, but let it be half a glass of wine - Liv said reconciled

- Ok

I poured myself half the smallest glass I had, Liv smiled broadly. Later I poured red fruit juice into our glasses, and we pretended we were both drinking wine. Liv didn't want to brag yet that she was pregnant, which I understand completely. I wouldn't like it either brag too soon, so I don't have to explain myself if anything goes wrong.

We watched another movie and lay down in my bedroom, the next day I only had briefing and one patient, so I asked if it would be a problem if I took the rest of the day off. Tom didn't like the idea and when the head of the physiotherapists told him about it first he said no but eventually agreed to take the rest of the day off.

I work best with Mike, who assisted me with the patient today. He has the most peace of mind in himself and excellently explains hospital procedures and how I should complete the standard documentation. I came back home, I bought two coffees, decaf for Liv. When I entered the house Liv was frying eggs for breakfast and when she saw the coffee in my hands a wide smile appeared on her lips

- My queen - she said with a smile

- Would you like some coffee - I asked as if I didn't know the answer

- Yes, but you don't have decaf, so I couldn't make it for myself

- I'm sorry

- Tell me this is decaf - she said pointing to the cup in my hand

- Yes, it's decaf

- You are saving my life - she said taking the cup from my hand

- I know

We got dressed and went sightseeing, Liv all the time laughed at me how much I don't know where I am or what else we might want to see, she didn't get the argument that I live here a little over 2 weeks and I haven't seen much yet. It's not like on vacation when you know you have 2 weeks or fewer and you have to see as much as possible. For the time being I enjoy this city, I have about half a year to get to know it and see it, so I am not in a hurry to explore the piecework.
