As they grew up, Odori, Bakugou, and Maire made it into UA. The one of the best hero schools in all of Japan. They all stayed, kinda friends. Bakugou wasn't really the 'friends' type after the incident, he even drifted away into his own path. Odori and Maire stayed friends through it all. The two girls were very close. "Hey Maire!" Odori walked into the classroom. "Oh, hey Odori" Maire said, wiping tears from her eyes. "What happened?" Odori asked her with worry in her voice. "Oh, nothing. I was just thinking about someone" Maire said as she hid the photo of Deku behind her back. Odori could see the pain in Maire's eyes as she looked into them, but she didn't want to force Maire to tell her what was wrong, so she didn't. "If you say so," Odori said, gently grabbing Maire's hands, "But never forget that you can tell me anything. I promise that I'll never judge you." Maire looked at her and smiled. "Thank you Odori" Maire said, gently squeezing her friend's hand "I hope that we can stay friends forever." "Maire, I know we will stay friends forever." She said in an encouraging tone. "Hey Odori, Maire, wanna go to the pool today?" Uraraka sneaked up behind Odori and scared the wits out of her. "What the?!" She exclaimed, falling out of her chair and onto her back. "Oh no! I am so sorry!" Uraraka stood in front of Odori and held out her hand. "It's okay." She laughed. "Sure, I would love to go to the pool." She said, finally collecting herself. "How about you Maire?" She asked looking over at her friend. She hesitated for a moment. "Yeah, that would be nice." She said happily. "Alright, we are going around four-o-clock." Odori nodded. "we will meet you girls there then." Uraraka walked off to talk to the others and Odori sat in her seat next to Bakugou. "Good morning Bakugou!" She said, and gave him a slight smile. "Mhm." He mumbled something under his breath so she couldn't hear it. "How are you today?" She kept trying to talk to him, but he never really talked to her, he really didn't talk to anyone. "What do you want?" He asked angrily, as always of course. "Just wanted to know how you were!" He sighed and put his feet up on top of his desk. "Same as I've always been." Odori was surprised he even bothered to answer. "How about you shortstop?" Still shocked she answered. "I guess I am good, tired though. I stayed up late last night playing video games." Bakugou rolled his eyes. "You really should stop doing that." "Alright class, pay attention. We have a lot of work to do today, ______" Aizawa said, starting his lesson.

Ring Ring Ring! The school bell rang and the class departed. "See you guys at the pool!" Mina shouted as she walked out of the classroom. She, Uraraka, and Tsu had invited some other classmates to come, all except the boys. "Mineta did you hear that?" Denki Kaminari asked his short friend. "Of course I did. The girls are going to the pool." He said in a sly voice. "I think I have a good idea." Kaminari whispered. Around 3:50 that afternoon, Odori was getting ready to go to the pool with the other girls. Odori reached for her towel to put in her bag, when suddenly her doorbell rang. She got up and opened the door to be met with the bunch of girls from 1A, Maire right in the middle of the group of course. "Hey we came by your house to pick you up." Uraraka said, waving. "Okay I just have to get a few things first." Odori ran back into the apartment, grabbed her bag, phone and a little snack just in case. "Lets go!" She closed the door and began walking in sync with the rest of the group. "There are gonna be swimsuits provided for us, just so you know." Maire told Odori. "Oh, I brought my own swimsuit, do you think I will be able to wear it?" Odori asked with a curious tone in her voice. Maire shrugged. "I dunno, I can't really say. I brought my own too so hopefully we can." When they walked up to the pool Odori had to ask, but she learned that they would rather have them wear the school swimsuits, but you don't have to wear them if you don't want to. "Thank goodness." She sighed. She went into one of the separate locker rooms and put on the black and red two piece swimsuit she brought, while Maire put on her pretty white and blue one piece. When Odori and Maire walked out of the locker rooms they locked eyes. They both felt empty, as if there was something missing, or someone. Deku loved going to the pool. Maire realized as her blue eyes started to fill with tears, but she quickly wiped them away. She didn't want to ruin the beautiful day with her friends by crying. "Let's get in!" Mina called out happily. All the others began jumping in the pool. Odori went and took a seat at the edge of the pool, feet in the nice cool water.
