Vanessa's POV:

"Do these girls have any kind of connection?" Prentiss asked, a hint of helplessness in her tone.

"No, nothing I read suggests the victims had any crossed paths. The Massey family is a strict, lavish, household with a vast collection of expensive art and high end material items. They even refused to collaborate with local DP. While the Shelly family lives a very minimalist lifestyle, tiny house, single car with a family of 4, they even have a small television set up in the living room that they only use weekends." Spencer fiddled his fingers beneath his chin as he talked.

"What about Stacy?" Rossi chimed.

"As far as I can tell, Stacy Teller lived a happy life. Upper middle class, two loving parents, adoring siblings, lots of friends."

"Decent people." JJ whispered, more to herself.

"The only thing that ties them together is their kidnapping." Morgan took a step closer to the white board, examining it with a bruiting stance.

"What about the Warfarin?" I asked, turning heads. "It's used as a blood thinner, maybe she's a nurse?

"Is it possible someone close to the unsub had some kind of heart condition?"

"If someone had a heart problem they likely have hospital records." Emily went on. Morgan called up the one person who could solve our problem with lightning speed.

"Low and behold you've reached your favorite god given analyst, Penelope Garcia, how may I please you?"

"Hey babygirl, I need you to tell me something."

"Oh, anything for you, my sweet."

"Run names for nurses in the city of Savannah who have a family history of heart condition in the last 30 years."

"Uhh okay." She clicked away at her keyboard. "I have about a thousand results, you're gonna have to narrow it down."

"Try checking between the years 1960 to 1975." Rossi offered into the conversation, Garcia typing away.

"That's more like it. Fifteen results."

"Anyone of those patients prescribed Warfarin?" I ask, leaning forward.

"Two. Derrek Westin and Dorris Charlie both died of a vicious brain bleed."

"Either of them have any children?"

"Dorris has a son James Charlie 35, and a daughter Lily who's 27."

"It's not her." JJ shook her head.

"And Derrek has two daughters, Dana 35, and Jessie who's 42."

"Look into Jessie Westin for me and hit us back when you get a bite."

"10-4, Hot Chocolate." I snicker to myself glancing to Spencer under a smirky side eye. I caught him straightening up, postering himself with an embarrassed grin.

"Morgan and JJ, go to the Shelly crime scene, see if there's anything local PD missed. Reid and Prentiss, find the Massey's and press hard. Get them to talk."
