Spencer's POV:

Nessa's spent the night at my apartment a few times before, but the next few days were going to be different.

She curled up on my couch, wrapped in a blank, a warm coffee in her hands. I sat beside her. starting the film and handing her the popcorn. She smiled, taking a piece and popping it in her mouth, snuggling against me. Her arm slipped under mine and I felt her head grace my shoulder. Giving me an epiphany for my plan...

We spent the whole night in the living room, enjoyed a few Charlie Chaplin shorts, a Bob Dylan documentary, and Vanessa even showed me the movie 'Risky Business'.

"Haven't you always wanted to try that?" She asked, leaned back, her legs over my lap.

"What?" She smiled.

"The sock thing." I thought about it for a moment, lining my tongue along my teeth when she sat up. "Come on." She stood, walking to my CD's. "Only thing we need, is a new song." She said loading my CD player and pressing play. Whitney Huston's track, 'Someone Who Loves Me' trailed through the speakers as Vanessa shimmied and danced. Her dark bi-colored hair followed her every move, taking my breath with it. I couldn't contain the wide smile spread across my face as she twirled to the music. She crossed to me, grabbing me by the hand and pulling me into the room. "Watch this." She smiled, adjusted her footing before taking a few steps, and slid across the wood floor. Posing. Then slid back, crashing into me with a euphoric giggle. "Like that."

"Okay." I clear my throat. She stepped back, still jigging as she watched me set my stance and scarily slide myself across the floor. I turned back smiling with an open mouth, she gleamed proudly, jumping and clapping.

"Good!! Alright! Now come back!" I slid, rejoining her on the dance floor. Landing right before of her, nose to nose. I quickly peck her, feeling the music, backwards shimmying in a circle around her. She followed me with her eyes, turning over to see me as I pass. Her hair framed her face perfectly. I spun around, making her laugh. That sound will forever make my stomach flutter. She was pure beauty. Dressed only in my shirt, her socks and a pair of panties. The scars on her thighs slipped through the low exposure of the shirt. Jamming to the rhythm of the uptempo music. She danced, her eyes closed, moving her shoulders, belting the lyrics. Totally in her own world.

Vanessa set her arms over my shoulders. We played around, moving to the sweet sound of Whitney Huston's vocals. Simply enjoying each others company. She put her hand in mine, rocking us back and forth, stepping perfectly in time. I cautiously spun her out, then back in. When her head hit my chest, my whole life flashed before my eyes. But not the life I've lived, it was my future. It was ours.

I felt my throat squeeze, laying my head on hers, closing my eyes and taking in her scent. We just stood there in the moment, swaying happily in each other. Nessa picked her head up, her teal grey eyes radiating nothing but passion. She stared into me for a moment, giving me a kiss, taking me by surprise. I felt invincible. Feeling her rousing lips against mine. I deepened the embrace, carefully lifting her by her thighs, sitting her on my hips. Her boisterous laugh bounced off the walls of my tiny apartment, pushing me further into love. I carry her into the bedroom.

"Spence!" She gasped through laughs. I drop her backwards on the mattress, earning another jubilant giggle before lowering myself over her. Tasting her sweet lips once more. Her tongue ravaged over mine, exciting me. I move her hair out of my way, rolling her on top of me. My hands rested around her waist, as she lowered herself onto me, stealing my breath. She was good at that. I pull away, unable to keep the words from spilling out.

"I love you Vanessa." She looked electric. Breathless, panting. She gave a elated moan. "I love you so much." I couldn't stop, I needed her to know. I reattach my lips to her smile, teasing her tongue back in my mouth.

"I love you, baby." She said through bountiful licks, making me sweat. "I love you too."

The rest of the night... got away from us... I watched her asleep through the darkness. Drifting hazily to the sound of her melodic breathing, I whispered.

"There are two things in this world I know to be true; one. I am in love, and it has tangled itself around me inexplicably. Two; it is with you and I have wrapped myself in your existence."

I move the little black box into the drawer of my nightstand before turning to Nessa. Snuggling against her, and falling into the most peaceful sleep I've had in the last two years.
