POV change (souda's pov)

I heard Nagito stop talking to Fuyuhiko and feel his nasty death stare that could break anybody. "What are you doing? Aren't you gonna talk with us?" He pointed at my Monopad, making me shake.

"Im wondering, why... are you mad?" I ask, earning a nastier glare from Nagito and Fuyuhiko laughing at me. "You really don't need to know, Kazuichi." He bluntly responded, earning a snicker from Fuyuhiko.

"Is... is it about him?" He paused, then he hung his head low

"So? What about him?" Nagito asked, clearly irritated. Fuyuhiko sat down at a nearby bench on the park, also signaling for us to sit down too.

Fuyuhiko took out his monopad, recording the conversation but going to edit it and remove the parts about him.

"I don't know. I really don't know, he honestly looks like he's gonna like Chiaki. Have you seen him staring at her? And here I am, still liking him from middle school. I really am pathetic. Like, what the.. I don't wanna curse. Cursing seems so out of place for me." Nagito explained to us, making Fuyuhiko stop the recording and editing it perfectly.

"Oh.. well..-" before I could continue, he cut me off, making Fuyuhiko record again.

"Don't say you relate to this. You have Gundham, Fuyuhiko has Peko. What do I have? Unrequited feelings for someone who hates me. Isn't that pathetic? You all have lovers."

He clenched his fist again on his lap, continuing on what he's saying.

"All I'm saying is, I've been in love since I was in middle school. But these feelings won't turn into a relationship anytime soon." He furrowed his eyes, explaining to me and Fuyuhiko, making Fuyuhiko stop the recording again.

"So you... liked him for 4 years?! What- what the fuck?!" I yelled at Nagito, making him unfazed about everything besides Hajime.

I wonder what the group chat and Hajime do when he hears this honestly.

"Yeah. No big deal." Nagito paused, before continuing.

"It doesn't matter how many years you like the person, the only thing matter is that you still have strong affection for the person after how many years."

Nagito said, making me and Kazuichi wide eye. Nagito then stood up, making the both of us standing up too.

"I'm gonna go to my cottage, just.. don't fucking do anything please. This is between me, you and Kazuichi. I'll be leaving." Nagito said bluntly, taking his leave, leaving me and Kazuichi alone.

"Well what the fuck!" Fuyuhiko yelled, making Kazuichi flinch. "Well we need to do something?!" Kazuichi spouted at me. I nodded in agreement.

But not yet. Not when Nagito is pissed. I thought.

"Okay, let's just... hang out around the island talking about it." Kazuichi said to me, he took off to the beach when I silently followed him.
