I love you.

nagito and hajime were at the beach behind the beach house. they don't remember who asked who but they were there. beside each other's side and in the water.

it was a pure bliss, their hairs were shining with the wind, beautiful and a wonderful feeling. they were walking around the water and were giggling and splashing water to each other. for once, nagito felt a worth.

hajime felt at peace with nagito, they kept chasing each other and vice versa, it was fun. the sea gulls were flying above them, dropping feathers on the water which was a beautiful sight.

when nagito took off his jacket to reveal his slender, but not too skinny figure, hajime was in awe and was simply staring at the albino.

" you look beautiful. "

" i- thank you, hinata-kun."

it was a bliss, it was out of context for hajime to suddenly blurt that out, but instead of the albino to react negatively, he instantly accepted the compliment from the brunette.

they don't know how long they've been there, all that matters to each other's mind was them. they remembered that he once liked the gamer girl, but once the albino opened up to him, he started falling for the albino.

he denied his feelings once,

then twice,

thrice,

and eventually gave in and fell head over heels for the albino. it was hard for him to accept he liked the albino. on, what happened in the Neo World Program, but it's been months and everyone forgave each other, including nagito.

for nagito, he knew he liked the brunette since the Program. he liked him even though he was a reserve course, he liked him because he was perfect to him, he liked him because he was himself. no matter how many tries the brunette tried gaining a talent, he eventually gave in and noted that he was a reserve course.

but that didn't stop the brunette from still befriending everybody, that didn't stop him from getting to know nagito.

the brunette is known for the ultimate hope, that adored the albino even more. he was also izuru kamakura, he had to take note of that too. he wasn't just hajime hinata, he was also izuru kamakura mixed with hajime hinata. but yet, nobody could tell if hajime switched to izuru besides nagito, which made the brunette like him even more.

both nagito and hajime thought about confessing to each other for how many months since they've been on this island, it was a rollercoaster of emotions battling each other.

when nagito died in the Program, he didn't take it lightly, everyone was concerned why. when he saw nagito with that spear in his stomach, he felt guilty and disappointed in himself.

when he died,

he missed that nagito antagonized him. he missed that nagito helped in every class trial they were in, they only got out of the trials because of nagito. but yet, he doubted him and took it for granted, too granted.

but it was a sign for him to get better in an indirect way. when he was criticizing him in gundham's trial, it was like for him to get better. when he learned that he was a reserve course from his mouth, he wanted to be proud for him.

when nagito found out that everyone was the ultimate despair, and/or the remnants of despair, including hajime was heartbreaking. he couldn't understand why when he saw that hajime was a reserve course, he didn't understand why he acted like that. he was obviously hurt from his simply crush to becoming his soulmate to be the ultimate despair.
