"Ow! Ow ow ow!" The kids were in the Black Box for class, Andre and Cat on stage while everyone else watched them, Cat playing a character with a spider in her eye. "I'm scared!"
"Try to relax, everything is going to be alright." Andre said with a fake Caribbean accent.
"You have to get me to a doctor!"
"Sh." He said, placing a finger on his lips. "If that spider bites your eyeball, you could die in minutes."
"Oh man. Please get it off my eye." Cat begged, doing a good job at pretending to be scared.
"I'm going to try. Now sh, don't move. And don't make a sound." Andre said as he brought the prop tweezers closer to her face, everyone being startled when a phone started ringing.
"Oh, man! The ringing's back!" Sikowitz freaked.
"Sikowitz."
"Hey!"
"Please!"
"It's just someone's phone." Ray reassured him, moving one of his hands from his ears so he could hear it. "We can all hear it."
"Oh." He said as he stood up straight, Ray leaning back in her chair again. "Who's?"
"Mines." Tori said nervously, cringing away from him.
"Tori."
"I swear I thought I had it on vibrate." Tori said as a form of an apology, Ray sighing as she check on her brother.
"Class is no place for swearing or vibrating."
"Hey, I gotta call Lamar." Ray said, being excused. Lamar had broken his leg the day before and the doctors gave him pain killers, which in turn made him loopy. "You okay?"
"Man hell nah. I don't know who invited this short bitch inna green suit, but Imma wack him with this boulder on my leg he look at me sideways again. Wassup pussy?"
"Lamar, there- you know what. Get ready, you gone have to stay with me."
"Yeahhhhh! My sister comin to wear yo ass out boy! She know how to shoot bitch!" Lamar hung up and Ray sighed, letting her teacher know she was leaving real quick before getting her keys out of her locker.
"-Ray's coming with us."
"I'm sorry, are you carrying a crippled child on your back?" Sikowitz asked as Ray walked into the Black Box, Lamar on her back as he stared at his cast.
"He kept trying to fight a gnome." She said as she sat him in a chair, cracking her back. "But where have we volunteered Ray to go?"
"To the new karaoke place in Los Feliz, Karaoke Dokie." Cat said, waving her phone. "I already told Mom and she said Dad and D'Marcus can watch Lamar since Tay's going with us and Jamien's going to a sleepover."
