"No." Ray said as she tried to crutch away from Tay, who was trying to convince her to eat ice cream with him.
"Come on, help your brother win a contest and I'll ask mom to let me switch schools."
"Hm, very tempting but I'm gonna have to decline." Ray was put on new medication, it made her tired so Tay was stuck helping her out until she healed properly. Well, that's what he told her. "Sup peoples."
"Hey Tori, I need your opinion." Trina said as she came over to their table holding a yellow paper.
"On?"
"Well, let's say a person made a deal with someone."
"What kind of deal?" Andre asked.
"You know, like they promised to do something. Should that person have to keep their word?" Trina asked, the twins sharing a look.
"Yeah. A deal's a deal."
"I would think about your next words if I was you." Ray warned her, Tori furrowing her eyebrows. Last time she didn't listen to her, she ended up nearly being embarrassed.
"Even if it was like ten years ago?"
"Yes, you have to keep your word no matter how long ago it was." Tori answered despite Ray's warning, the twins shaking their heads.
"I'm so glad you feel that way cause maybe you remember this from when you were six and I was seven." Trina said while handing Tori the paper.
"Don't we need to water the pool?" Ray asked Tay, the two of them grabbing their bags.
"Yeah, and then we gotta sweep the roof too."
"Sit down." Beck said while pulling Ray back down, Jade doing the same with Tay.
"Just read it." Trina rushed Tori.
"'When I, Tori Vega, am sixteen years old, I will be married to a handsome prince and we shall live in a sugar castle...'" Tori trailed off and her friends looked at her.
"You aren't even dating anyone." Cat pointed out.
"That didn't happen." Andre also pointed out.
"I know I'm not dating anyone and I know that didn't happen." Tori said.
"Yeah, and read what you said you'd do if it didn't happen." Trina said happily.
"'I will be Trina's assistant and do whatever she says for a whole month.'" Tori finished reading.
"That's right!"
"So? I wrote this when I was six." Tori said as she handed the paper back to Trina.
"Yeah, and who was it that said you have to keep your word no matter how long ago?" Trina rhetorically asked.
"Martin Luther King?" Cat asked.
