Resonating Silence

***

I floated unto the embrace of space,

Its touch was cold but also warmed me inside,

The whispers of silence was deafening,

As it stuck on my haywire mind,

Playing in an awful tune repeatedly,

Like a melody whose notes were pretty,

But sickling to hear the loneliness within,

Infused like the clanging metal of bell,

The resonating silence was peaceful,

Yet a struggle to forcibly listen upon.

***

"Silence kills the voices that told tales upon tales only to die mute..."
