Chapter 3 Prejudices

Hordette and Emily arrived to Princess Prom.
Hordette was wearing a dress and her tool belt, with her mother's crystal on the buckle.
The Fright Zone really changed after Horde Prime's defeat. All the methal was gone and left spot to the stone; the sky tourned from red to pink and there were so many flowers that Hordette was already feeling sick, since she was allergic to pollin.
"It's so different from father's memory. . ."
-Hordette and Hordak could share fragments of memory-
She didn't know what to do.
She was supposed to go greet Princess Scorpia and Princess Perfuma but to get to them, Hordette had to cross the ballroom, full of guests.
"Stay close to me" Hordette wispered to Emily.
As they walked in, all the guests were staring at them and wispering.
"So it was true. Princess Entrapta really marryed Hordak!".
"Don't be ridiculous! It's clearly a went wrong clone of Horde Prime".
"I heard that princess Entrapta is forced to stay in her castle by Hordak!".
Hordette couldn't take it. She did't want to hear those falsehoods any longer.
She rushed towards the thrones of Scorpia an Perfuma to escape. Emily followed her.
Hordette's heart was beating so fast; she wanted to go home already.
"Hordette, you came!".
In front of her, there was her dear friend Frosta.
"Look at you! You've grow up so much! What does Entrapta gives you to eat? Do you have some for me?" Frosta patted her shoulder.
Seeing Frosta made Hordette feel a little better, as Frosta has always been like an aunt for her.
She gived Hordette an hug and asked for how her parents were doing.
"Very well, thanks Frosta" answered Hordette with a cracky voice, due to the strong emotions she felt before.
"I wish we could spent some days playing in the snow like we used to do! Remember when a I made you that cool ice armor?"
"Of course I do, I was freezing!" Hordette finally made a laugh.
From the distance, someone was watching them chatting.
"Uhm, seriusly? I can't belive Scorpia really invited her!" Said Mermista.
Her daughter Sirenella was next to her.
The two were looking at Hordette, arms folded, and Mermista's expression couldn't be more clear: she was frustated by her presence.
"Come on, my dearest! It's a party! We should have fun!" Said Seahawk.
"How am I supposed to enjoy the party if the daughter of the one that conquered my Kingdom is here!" Mermista walked away with Seahawk.
Sirenella gave a sad look to Hordette before her mom called her.

Glimmer and the others finally arrived at the castle
"Let's go see around!" Finn said to Cupid, and so they separated from their parents.

Hordette, Emily and Frosta went greeting Scorpia and Perfuma together.
Scorpia hugged the girl with so much enthusiasm.
"Hordette! I'm so glad you came!" Scorpia said "Have you recived the pelusches I've sent for your birthday? Do you like them? I keep all of my peluches on my bed, do you do that too?" Scorpia started to make so many questions.
"Emily! You came too! Great, it's like Entrapta was here!".
"Yes, honey. It would be so nice if she was really here" Said Perfuma.
"Hey, P! Where's Rose Bud?" Asked Frosta.
"Oh, she is sleeping! We didn't want to brake her rest routine" answered Perfuma.
She didn't know that Rose Bud was actually awake and she was looking for her moms.
The two-years-old walked in the ballroom in her pijama, and after she saw her momma Scorpia hug that "purple, big girl", she got curious and decided to follow her.
Once Scorpia released Hordette and Emily, they went to the buffet's table.
Hordette told Frosta that she was going to take some snacks and when she was finally alone with Emily, they did their move.
They hid under the table and, by using a wave detector she brought from home, Hordette captured the signal of a residual track of energy from Hordak's lab.
"If we follow the signal, it will conduce us to father's Sanctum" She wispered to Emily.
So they slipped away from under the table and went were the signal was driving them.
Of course, Rose Bud was right behind them.

In that moment, Finn and Cupid were talking, far away from the rest of the people.
"This party is lame! I was expecting more from what my moms said" Finn told to Cupid, who was biting his cape, just like the axiety was devouring him.
"You are doing it again" Finn said to him.
"I'm just thinking, if a bad guy suddenly appeares, what are we going to do?!"
Cupid was melting in his smoking.
Finn, in the other hand, was just chilling.
They repeated to him that no one would dare ruin a party where there was She-ra.
Cupid wasn't even listening to them, because he noticed Hordette, from the other side of the ballroom.
