Chapter 14 Captured

Finn, Cupid, Hordette and Emily ended up walking in the center of the jungle, where the signal was strong enough to tilt the detector.
The strange plants, that covered the rest of the island, had been removed and large pieces of metal put together, like hunts, were everywhere.
"Come on! Don't give up on me right now!" Hordette was trying to fix the detector.
"Are we sure that there's no one on this island?" Cupid Asked.
By looking at the huts, it seemed that someone lived there.
Finn was sure that someone was watching them; their ears picked up noises around them.
"We're not alone" Finn said.
They took a rock and threw it to one of the huts: the metal rang like a bell.
From all the sides, some tall men dressed in black came out.
There were so many of them. They were all hyding their faces under black hoods.
"We're sorrounded!" Said Finn, pulling out their claws.
One of the men pointed at Hordette and so the others rushed towards the teens.
Finn jumped on the first one who wanted to grab Hordette. Cupid tried to stop the advance of those men, by shooting to them with his crossbow.
Hordette was protecting Emily. She was using her hair to punch those people in black, but there were too many for them. Eventually they managed to overwhelm the teens and Hordette was captured.
They took her away from her friends.
"Hordette! No!" Screamed Cupid.
Emily was about to use her heat beam, and so the poor robot was overwhelm too and she was taken away like her sister.
Finn and Cupid were stopped. The men took them in a sort of temple, where in the center, like a pillar, there was the gigantic computer they were looking for.
The men made them sit on some pillows.
When Finn and Cupid belived that they were about to die, they receved two necklaces, made with bolts and screws.
"What?" Finn Said.
The men took off their hoods and showed their faces.
They were no men, they were all clones. The clones of Horde Prime that were sent to clean Beast Island twenty years ago, after Prime's defeat.
They had remained on the island and formed their own society.
"Where's our friend!?" Asked Cupid. He stood up, but they made him sit on the pillow again.
One of the clones went to the computer and started talking.
"Brothers! The day we were waiting for so long has come! Our brother, Hordak the Defective, has sent to us his heir, to let her guide us to a future of light and glory!".
All the other clones exulted when the image of Hordak appeared on the computer. The image showed Hordak, dropping Horde Prime into a barter.
Finn couldn't resist from laughing.
"Wow! Seriusly? Is this how you think it went? Sorry but you're missing a part. You see, the one who really defeated Horde Prime was-"
"Silence! Our guide is here!" Said the clone, bowing to Hordette.
She was brought into the temple on a throne, carried by other clones.
She was wearing a black and red tunic, with her tool belt, and her hair had been braided.
Hordette was dressed like an empress and Emily was her handmaid.
"Hordette!" Cupid called her.
"Hello" She answered, smiling to them from her throne.
"Did they hurt you!?" The boy asked to her.
"Of course not! They made me this these pretty braids and gived to me this comfortable tunic. It fits me a bit wide, but it'll do!".
At this point, Cupid and Finn were both confused.
"So, they aren't going to kill us?" Asked Finn.
"Of course not!" said Hordette "Isn't this amazing? They treat me like a princess!".
"You ARE a princess!" Said Cupid.
"But no one ever treated me like one. Everyone on Etheria hates me for what my father did. In here, it's the opposite! I am not the different one, I'm like the others! They all love me and my father!" Hordette was so happy. She was sure she had found a place where to be accepted.
"This clones were rejected too, you know? No one wanted them around so they had to stay in this island" Hordette was surrounded by outcasts, like her family.
She was holding hands with people who never had a friend or someone who showed them some affection.
"My firts act as your guide will be naming each one of you!" She said to the clones next to her.
"You'll be Horphin! You'll be Hordace! You'll be Hormer! And you'll be. . . Jake!".
