Chapter 9 From father to daughter

Hordette was having so much fun that she forgot what they were looking for.
"Dance with me Emily!" She said.
Emily was dancing on her own way, turning on herself like a top. She accidentally stepped on the cape of her sister and the thing went off, leaving Hordette without a cover.
Hordette hadn't noticed it and she continued to dance. But other people around her did it.
They saw a being who looked just like those clones that invaded their kingdom. They were afraid. Someone even screamed.
The music went off, the lights went on.
Hordette saw that everyone was staring at her.
In that moment she realized that she had lost her cape.
"Oh no" wispered Finn.
Hordette initially tried to be friendly with those people.
"Hello, I'm Hordette! I'm the princess of Dryl!" She said, weavig at them.
In the crowd, someone recognized her.
"You are the daughter of Hordak!" Said a woman.
"Yes. I'm so-" before she could explain why she was there, Hordette was pushed on the floor by that woman.
Emily quickly stood in the way to protect her sister.
"Your father destroyed my parents' house when the Horde invaded Salineas! They almost died for his fault!" Said the girl.
From the crowd, other people started to recall what happened when the Horde attacked.
In their eyes, Hordette was just a way to let off steam, because no one actually had the guts to do it with Hordak. It was much easer to blame her.
Cupid and Finn stood in their way with Emily, just like Hordette did when she saved them from those robots.
"What are you doing!? She didn't do anything to you! You can't blame her for what happened years ago!" Said Finn.
"Please, we didn't come here to have problems!" Said Cupid.
"You are the problems!" Yelled the same woman that pushed Hordette.
They also began to be mean to Finn and Cupid.
They told them to get lost with that monster that they were protecting.
Hordette stood up and approached the woman. She pulled out her cannon arm and aimed it at her nose. Everyone step aside.
"Hordette! Please, don't do it!" Cupid begged her.
Hordette arm was trembling.
She pulled her cannon back and ran out of the club.
Emily followed her outside and so did Cupid and Finn.
They looked for her, but she wasn't at the entrance of the club.
They called her.
The two teens heard her voice coming from the end of the pier.
Hordette was sitting there, keeping her legs close to her chest. She was looking at the reflection of the stars on the ocean.
They sat down next to her.
"Don't you think you went a little a too far?" Cupid asked to Hordette.
She grumbled.
"So what? They already hated me before, nothing has changed! My family has been despised by other people for years, I'm used to it! . . . But you didn't deserved it" Hordette murmured.
Finn smiled and their ears dropped down.
Cupid looked at the sea, trying to don't show his emotions.
"It's so peaceful tonight. The sea looks beautiful in the moonlight" He said.
Hordette agreed with him.
"It's magnificent. I have never seen the sea before. . . Hah! Well, there are so many things that I haven't seen yet!" As she never left her castle.
"You should see it from space" Finn added.
Rose Bud left Cupid arms and went to cuddle in Hordette's hair, like a little bird in it's nest.
"Puwple big giwl" she mumble as she was falling asleep
Hordette thank Cupid and Finn for what they did to help her.
She said that it was better for the two of them to go back to Bright Moon and bring Rose Bud with them.
"What about the missing piece?" Finn asked to her.
"Emily and I are going to find a way to reach Beast Island. Even if I don't think any of those mariners will help us".
"Maybe I can help you!" Said a voice behind them.
The one who just talked was Sirenella, the daughter of Mermista and Seahawk.
She was at the club too that night.
"Why would you do that?" Asked Cupid to her.
Sirenella took his hands and said: "BECAUSE YOU ARE AWESOME!" Her eyes were shining like two stars.
