Chapter 19 Welcome back

To celebrate the return of Angella, it was trew a party in all of Etheria that lasted for a week.
All the kingdoms were celebrating her and the rebell teens who brought her back.
In the last day, a ball was organized to Bright Moon's castle, and for the first time after twenty years, all the members of the Princesses Alliance were there.
Hordak, Entrapta, Wrong Hordak, Emily and of course Hordette were welcomed by the Princesses.
Entrapta walked by the guests, holding hands with Hordak, under the incredulous looks of those who thought she was unhappy and forced to stay with him.
It still felt a little weird that Hordak was there, like a member af a royal family.
Hordette was escorted in front of everyone, next to the other princesses and her friends, to listen the speech of Angella.
"I remembered a world ruined by war and suffering.
I almost can't belive how much has changed since I was gone.
It warms my heart to see what my daughter and her friends were capable to achieve. They finished the war that the generation before them has started, and then their children have done the impossible: they put aside rancor and fear, something that I wasn't able to do. They defeatef the harshness that remained and worked together to save me.
I owe everything to them" Angella looked at Glimmer, then Glimmer looked at Cupid and at his friends.
Angella took a glass and lifted it in their direction.
"To the new generations!" She made a toast to them.
"To the new generations!" All the guests made a toast.
During the ball, Cupid and Finn invited Hordette to dance with them.
The three went to dance in the center of the room, carefree, not worring for beeing caught. They were just dancing and laughting together, with their parents watching over them, so proud and relived.
Sirenella was wearing an unusual dress, with multicolored feathers and Mermista didn't say anything about it: as long as her daughter was happy, she was fine with everything.
Swift Wind was playing with little Rose Bud.
Micah and Angella were slow dancing together after so long.
Hordak was cheering for Frosta, who was winning to a wrestling arm challenge versus Seahawk.
Glimmer and Adora took the chance to talk to Entrapta for a moment.
"So 'Project A' was for 'Project Angella' this whole time?" Glimmer asked to Entrapta while they were walking to the balcony to get some fresh air.
"Actually, no! 'Project A' was for 'Project Apologies', because Hordak and I wanted to make up to you for what happened with the first portal. I didn't remember your mother's name, but it was a nice coincidence, don't you think?" Entrapta said.
Glimmer and Adora looked at each other and made a smile.
"Yes, Entrapta. A very nice coincidence" Adora said.
"I think we owe an apology to you too. We shouldn't have left you behind after you decided to go with Hordak twenty years ago. But we can try fix it! Your family will always be welcome at Bright Moon" Glimmer said and Adora agreeded with her friend.
Entrapta accepted their apologies.
They were friends like before, and it was all thanks to their children.
Glimmer and the others returned to the ball.
Mermista also wanted to apologize with Entrapta.
"Entrapta, please, if you can, forgive me for what I said about your daughter. I was a terrible friend".
Entrapta grabbed Mermista with one of her pony tails.
Mermista thought Entrapta was going to throw her from the balcony.
Instead, she gave her a big hug.
Bow and Catra wanted to invite their respective wive to dance with them.
"May I have this dance, princess?" Catra asked, holding out her heand to Adora.
Entrapta jumped in front of her, she took her heand and brought her to the dance floor.
Entrapta and Catra were dancing together.
Adora watched them, then, when Hordak came close, she said to him: "Your lab partner stole my wife. Wanna show them how to dance?" Adora took him by the arm and brought him to dance.
"Hey, Adora! Are you trying to make me jealous?" Catra laughed with Entrapta.
Even if their parents were acting like teenegers, Hordette, Finn and Cupid continued to dance undisturbed.
"So, what are your plans now that you've helped your parents, Hordette?" Finn asked to her with a bold face.
Hordette made Cupid and Finn do a turn, then they swapped places according with the music.
The girl said that her and her family wanted to return to Beast Island, to help those clones find their own identity.
"Father said that he should have done it much sooner. I might need some help, you want to come too?" She asked to them.
"Thanks, but I want to spend some time with my grandmother" Cupid answered.
Finn said that they couldn't go because their moms grounded them for stealing the sword.
"Are you saying that we're not going to see each other for a long time?" Hordette asked.
She had just realized how much friendship was important, and now she was loosing her best friends?
"But soon we're going to be together again!" Finn said.
"Yes! This is just the beginning of our journery!" Cupid said.
Hordette smiled with them.
It was true. That was just the start of a new adventure for the heirs of Etheria.
