Eight years later
Izuku and Katsuki lived in the middle of New York City (America yes I know) in a fourth-floor penthouse. Izuku had started getting into fashion and modeling during the College year. He took separate classes for basic subjects such as Math, History, Science, Etc. And then took a teaching class for when he couldn't model anymore.
Izuku always liked paying attention to the future rather than the past, thinking of what could happen rather than what had happened. Though Katsuki and Izuku went to separate colleges they still kept in contact, face-timing as often as possible and taking turns to visit each other. They had still been in the 'honeymoon' phase so Katsuki tended to get a little touchy when they would visit in person normally lasting a few days.
Katsukis school focus was directly on Basketball and Law and Enforcement. After Izuku helping him organize a plan on how to work his career he decided on Playing basketball as long as possible then taking Law Enforcement classes along with the training camps. Though he knew he wouldn't be becoming a Police Officer he liked taking them to keep his body in shape and know how to Protect Izuku and their future Family, he never told Izuku that of course.
After graduating college they decided to move to New York where Katsukis mom worked so they could both live there happily. Izuku worked under Mitsuki, Katsukis mother and his mother in law as one of her Main Models. While Katsuki joined the NBA New York Knicks.
(i seriously don't know basketball teams and stuff so I had to look this up 🥲)
They had both been so busy with work to spare time to spend together just the two of them. They went to plenty of parties together and stayed close till they entered then separated for business and didn't reconnect till one wanted to leave.
Katsuki had been gone for about a week now for a Basketball game out of town. Izuku didn't mind him leaving and being alone but, It had been the week of Izukus heat. He has left alone all week, Izuku didn't like to use any toys to help with his heat so he had been stuck in bed, in excruciating pain and pleasure.
His heat had just ended the day before now, the Omega laid in a nice soothing bubble bath his heart aching. He wasn't in the heat but he wanted to see his Alpha more than anything. Salty wet tears dripped into the Tub he didn't bother trying to wipe them away. His pheromones seeped on it a gross sour scent in distress.
Eventually calming down after... a few hours and the water getting cold. Izuku got Dried off and dressed in boxers and a loose dress shirt, the first 4 buttons unbuttoned. His ears drooped to his head, tail wrapped around his waist in a defeated position. He didn't know what to do, He was starving, his stomach growling almost every ten seconds. 'I don't want to eat, maybe that's why Alpha isn't here... maybe he left because I was too fat-no. Izuku he went to a Basketball game.'
His brain was fighting with himself and he couldn't stand it. He pulled his phone out and started dialing someone's number, another Alphas. If Katsuki wasn't gonna scent him and help him with his needs then he would get someone else to.
He called Kirishima, it sounded like more of a backstabbing calling his best friend but he knew none of his friends would do it, Iida had a mate, and Todoroki was... complicated.
A loud knock sounded and the door quickly opened, Izuku jumped on the man the tears pouring out "K-Kirishima!" He cried out holding onto him tightly. Having been along all week he was touch-deprived, not even sleeping during his exhaustion.
"Izuku- Woah!" Kirishima caught him and closed the door behind him walking over to the couch and setting Izuku down, sitting next to him. Kirishimas eyes held worry for his Friend, "Izuku...?" He carefully cupped his smooth freckled cheeks that held a red gleam from all the tears and crying.
Kirishimas Alpha instincts took charge and he quickly held Izuku close, pulling a nearby blanket over the two. He kicked off his shoes and laid back on the couch letting Deku fall between his legs hugging him tightly, his nose pressed to Kirishimas chest breathing in the light musky scent. Kirishima let Izuku do what he wanted, unintentionally scenting each other as he was caught in the moment.
The cuddling and scenting calmed the Omegas nerves drifting him into a peaceful slumber. Both minds never crossed the thought of Katsukis return, which was soon.
Katsuki had just gotten off his Air Plane and was already walking home, His hood up, sunglasses on, and earbuds tucked in his ears. He arrived at their penthouse and went to unlock the door but it was already unlocked...? It's not safe for an Omega to leave their door unlocked, pheromones could seep through...
He slammed the door quickly locking it behind him, He sniffed the air and smelled a familiar Alpha smell than the scent of heat, Izukus heat. He growled lowly terrible thoughts rushing to his head the only question being who was gonna die today.
His eyes narrowed down on Kirishima and Izuku, who stared in horror "K-Kacchan!-" Izuku was roughly pulled of Kirishima and pulled behind Bakugo. "W-Wait!" Kirishima waved Izuku off and stood up. He noticed the look in Bakugos eyes was filled with betrayal, he was hurt. "I'm gonna go. You two... need to be alone" He steadily walked to the door leaving the penthouse.
Katsuki turned and towered over Izuku who shook in fear. "K-Kacchan I-I'm so S-S-Sorry!" The tears he had pushed away came rushing back taking his Alpha off guard. His instincts to help his Omega were almost non-existent, he suddenly realized how much he had been neglecting Deku. He left his Omega to handle his heat on his own, without scenting each other for who knows how long.
His gaze softened and he pulled the Omega into a tight hug, "I'm so sorry..." He mumbled but knew Izuku could hear him. His nose twitched and he sniffed the air, a low growl exceeding him, "Fucking reeks" He covered his nose while Izuku pulled away. "S-Sorry... we K-Kind of um... Spit it out Deku... We scented"
Bakugos instincts finally kicked in and he pushed Izuku down on the couch. His calloused hands tore Izukus clothes off, which happened to only be boxers and a shirt. He yelped when the cold air hit his porcelain skin, "K-Kacchan! M-My heats already O-Over you don't H-Have to!" Katsuki held Deku tightly, wrapping his arms around his slim waist his nose nuzzled into the marked scent gland.
Deku sighed laying back, giving Katsuki room to re-scent him in the scent he wanted. Both smiling at the other secretly, Izukus purr gave it away that he enjoyed this plenty. His small arms wrapped around His Alphas neck pulling him closer rubbing his cheek against Katsukis. "I love you" Bakugos heart always skipped a beat after hearing him say that, no matter how many times he's said it over the years it always gets him soft. "I love you too" His hands started sliding down to Izukus ass, rubbing his lower back before sliding further to cup it. "Hey Deku?" His husky voice sent shivers down Izukus spine, he knew that tone of voice "wanna do something fun?"
There's an Epilogue... and like an extra chapter- Hope it was good enough...? 😀👍
