Percy got out of bed, and rushed to get his clothes on, the sooner he got his stupid toutoring stuff done, the sooner he could make it to the skate park. He rushed down the stairs, almost falling.
He jogged into the kitchen and grabbed a pop tart and yelled a quick "bye" to Paul and Sally, quickly grabbing his skateboard and leaving.
He put his earbuds in as he made his way to the school, dodging pedestrians and carts.
He ate his poptart, skating to the music as he reached the school, swiping his school ID card to get in.
On a normal Saturday, he would spend the morning swimming at the school, and then spend the afternoon with Grover and his cousin Thalia. And he was tempted to just dive into the pool and forget all about the tutoring. But as he passed by the pool room, he saw an arm come out of the water, and then another. There was someone swimming in the pool.
He looked down at his phone and checked the time, he had 15 min before the tutoring started, so he took his earbuds out and walked over to the pool to see who it was.
When he got about 4 feet from the edge, he stopped, and turned around after seeing who it was. It was Annabeth, but she wasn't wearing the normal one piece swimming outfit usually used at the school, she was straight up in a bikini, and Percy felt his face get hot as he quickly ran out the room and to the room where he was told to wait.
After about 10 minutes, Annabeth came in, wearing her normal clothes, but using a towel to dry her hair.
"Hey Percy, well, welcome to tutoring. Im required to say these stupid things before we start, so are you aware of why you're here?" Annabeth asked
Percy nodded, hiding his blush as the image of her in the pool was still fresh in his head.
"Ok, and is there anything you need help with?" She asked a 2nd question.
Percy responded by shaking his head and continued looking down.
"Last question" she said "can you accept my apology from Thursday?"
She asked so sweetly, Percy looked up, and saw the genuine apologetic look in her eyes. He nodded, and hid his ever growing blush
"Thank you, that's a weight off my shoulders" she smiled, and Percy looked back down, as he felt his entire face flush a deep red
