MICHELLE'S POV
Boyfriend. It was so unfamiliar coming off my tongue, but I was so thrilled. It had been a couple weeks since the ball and all everyone was talking about was Oliver and I finally being a couple. Most people that came up to us were constantly telling us how happy they were that we were finally together.
Ollie and I had a lot going on right at this moment; we needed to plan for our next quidditch match and get the team in shape, get ready for the holidays in Scotland, and finally, the transfiguration project that we were assigned before the ball. Before anyone says anything, yes. We know we are terrible procrastinators.
The directions for this project were quite simple, we had to turn a series of large animals into a temporary room furniture set. Don't ask me how we would use this outside of school, because I really couldn't tell you. The deadline was November 25th, as we left for holiday the next day. I was suddenly thrown into a panic and rushed to find my soulmate, as that deadline was less than a week away.
OLIVER'S POV
I was on the third floor in the castle, chatting with Fred and George about their next prank they wanted to pull on their younger brother, Ron Weasley, when I caught a glimpse of a panicked Michelle sprinting toward me at top speed. before I could mutter a goodbye to the twins, she pulled me aside and practically screamed at me "WE HAVE TO DO OUR TRANSFIGURATION PROJECT TONIGHT! We leave in a week and the match is on Saturday which we both know requires planning and training both tomorrow and Friday. Sunday, we already agreed to meet my parents for brunch since they wont see me before the holidays, Monday we have to assist with head boy/girl duties since Percy and Penelope are sick, and Tuesday we both have to pack and get on the train at 1:00!" Of course, I was listening to her every word. However, I couldn't help but admire her at this exact moment.
"Damn, love. You are almost even more beautiful when you're in a panic, if that's even possible." I spoke, leaving her turning red and rewarding me with a light slap to my arm. "Okay, okay fine. Yes, we need to get this done tonight. How about we head to McGonagall's office just after dinner in the great hall? Her office hours extend until 8:00, so if we meet for dinner right at 5:30, we can go in straight after that." She smiled at me and nodded in agreement as she spoke "Alright, love. That sounds perfect. I'll let you get back to your mischief planning with the twins, just please promise me you wont wind up in detention again like 5th year, having to bail the three of you out was not my favorite thing in the bloody world." I just chuckled and pulled her close. "You know I can't promise you that, sweetheart," and I kissed her before I set off to find the twins once again.
