I wake up a little disorientated and with a heavy weight over my chest. It isn’t affecting my breathing so much as pressing down on my ribs. Then there’s the annoying ringing sound coming from the side and I try to recall where I am. Then last night comes back to me. I smile as I realize that the heavy weight was Tristan. Then I realize I had had a full sleep, no dreams! Well, I probably would have slept longer if it weren’t for the blaring of the object next to the bed.
I slide out of Tristan’s hold and roll to the side of the bed to see what the noisemaker was. It turns out to be the phone. Groggily I answer the phone.
“Hello?” I ask still under the sleep spell.
“What the hell are you two doing in my family’s hotel room?” Jasper’s voice is like cold water on my face. I am instantly awake.
“Morning Jasper.” I say hoping to lighten the mood.
“Morning? Seriously morning? It’s noon! What are you two doing? Did you two….” Jasper rants as I feel the bed move next to me and the phone gets pulled out of my hand.
I turn and see Tristan half naked and gloriously supporting himself with one hand on the bed. I watch as his abs stretch. My mouth becomes dry. I don’t know if I should swallow or if it’ll be too loud.
“Jasper. Shut up.” Tristan says and winks at me.
I grin like thirteen year old at him. I need to get it together.
“Will you relax? The only thing you have to pay for is the one night here and probably breakfast.” Tristan says “Or lunch.” He adds after Jasper yells at him that it’s afternoon.
“Chill, we didn’t do anything besides watch television. You can ask the staff if they find any condoms or anything on the bed sheets if you want.” Tristan says as he inches closer to me.
I watch with that goofy grin on my face. Tristan passes the phone to me and rolls his eyes. I take it nervously. Angry Jasper can be scary.
“Star! Did you guys do it? Did he force you to do it? It’s all right you can tell me the truth, I will beat the crap out of him, best friend or not. “ Jasper tells me concern oozing out of his mouth with each word. This was the protective older brother side of him.
I smile at his concern. “Jaz, chill. I am fine. Nothing happened last night. Promise!” I tell him. “Pinky promise.” I add for good measure.
“You’re sure?” Jasper asks calming down.
“Yes Jasper, I think I’d know if something had happened….” I say rolling my eyes and beginning to squirm since Tristan has decided to draw circles on my lower stomach. My breath becomes heavy and I know it isn’t going to be long till I am incapable of coherent speech. “Hey Jasper, I’m hungry. I gotta go. See you soon. Bye!” I say ending the call and slamming the phone shut as Tristan begins kissing me from my stomach up.
Halfway through his ascend. I can’t take it anymore so I pull him up to my lips and crush them to his. Tristan wraps his arms around me and closes the gap between us. I wrap my legs around him and cling onto him. My hands pull at his hair and I hear him growl.
