"Good morning, ladies and gentlemen! Today we'll begin training camp to increase your strength in earnest. The goal of this training camp is to increase everyone's strength and with that, for everyone to obtain their provisional licenses."
I scratched my head with an annoyed expression. Aizawa's lecture was not helping with the migraine I was having.
Aizawa stared at us with the same half-lidded eyes, "It is to prepare you all to face hostilities that are becoming more real by the minute. Proceed carefully."
Proceed carefully.
I mocked Aizawa in my head with a petty look on my face causing Mina to look at me with concern.
"Y/n, are you okay? You look...um.."
Bakugo interrupted Mina with a glare, "You look like a mess."
Mina elbowed the said boy, "Don't be rude!"
Aizawa called out to Bakugo and I watched silently.
My hair was tied up in a messily and poorly done bun. My jacket was half way zipped and my pants were really wrinkly. They were right, I was a mess. And who's fault is that? Not mine. They woke me up early in the morning and expect me to be peppy and ready to go like some basic main character.
Hah! Comedians! All of them!
The truth is I was up all night trying to understand what's happening to me, to my necklace. Not to mention I have Itsuki to think of.
Is he okay? Am I okay? Is anything okay?
My hand shifts from my upper arm to my necklace. I rub my thumb over the crack as I look down at it with a solemn look.
"Psst."
I look up to try and find the sound before I get nudged gently on the side. On my right, Ojiro stands next to me facing Aizawa to act like he's paying attention.
He looked down at me with a warm smile before motioning to my necklace and whispering, "That looks pretty bad. What happened?"
Just like Sero's, Ojiro's smile was too contagious to stop the corner of my lips from rising. His beautiful dark eyes that easily reflected the sun caught my attention for a quick second before I replied in the same whispering tone, "I...don't really know."
Ojiro's smile faltered a little before he turned his head back to Aizawa with a slight blush, "You seem to really cherish that necklace. Well both of them."
I look down and take the necklace Itsuki gave me, allowing both necklaces to rest in my hand, "Yeah, they're both very important to me."
He rubbed his neck bashfully and looked away a little, "If you want I can try and buy you another one."
My eyes widened a little before I tried to hold in a laugh causing Ojiro to get embarrassed.
"I'm so sorry! Obviously its special and it cant be replaced! I'm-" The blonde haired boy got interrupted as he got caught after failing to whisper.
"Ojiro! Is there something you'd like to comment on?" Aizawa called on Ojiro with a dead expression.
I stepped in and took the blame after seeing the sweat on Ojiro's face, "He was asking me politely to stop talking but I just couldn't get over the fact that my dearest Bakago here hasn't improved at all."
Bakugo turned to me and charged-wait no, he's not charging at me.
Why isn't he charging at me? This is weird...
