"Patrick, wanna come shopping with me at the mall?" Ellen said "Of course! Ill grab the boys stroller." Patrick said "Remember! T's at school so dont go yelling for her. You and that dad brain" Ellen said. As they got into the mall she immediately went into a baby store while Patrick went to go look at new Suits and Ties. He had Sullivan and she had Darby with her. "Darbs dont tell your dad! I think im pregnant! Oh what am i saying he cant talk anyway" Ellen said to herself. As she picked out a new baby onesie to surprise Patrick with, she was so happy. She felt different, She felt pregnant, She had an instinct.

"Okay Ellen just breathe, breathe. Flip it over on 3" She said to herself quietly in the bathroom at 4am taking a pregnancy test so she could surprise Patrick. "1,2,3" she said in her head... "Pregnant". "Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god" She bursted out in happy tears. She went to go make breakfast and put the onesie she bought not even a week before in a box to wrap for Patrick.

"Wake up hotty" She said in his ear as he turned his head and smiled at her "Goodmorning beautiful how are you?" Patrick said "Im great! How are you?" she said "Obviously amazing because i get to be looking at your gorgeous face." He said. "Come downstairs, I have a surprise for you." Ellen said "Ooo okay what do you have? A new car? Jokes jokes i remembered the rule." He said "Our call time is 10:30, I was hoping we could just bring the boys to set while T is at school?" She said "Sounds good" He said

"Woah Ellen you made all this breakfast? It looks so good! Thank you so much.. Whats in this box?" Patrick said grabbing the box with the baby onesie thay said "Hey Dad!". "Just open it!" Ellen said excitingly... "Hey.. dad?" he said "Oh my god Ellen! Are you pregnant?" He asked "Yes! Yes i am!" She said smiling. "Oh my god, Im gonna be a dad again!" He said "I got something for T too, because I knew she was gonna flip her shit finding out she could possibly have a sister. Its a shirt that says hey big sister." Ellen said "Shes gonna love it." Patrick said, "I also have something planned for work, Since today is the 150th episode, I have a cake that says "Baby Dempsey #4 coming December" With a bunch of plastic greys toppers on top." Ellen said "Theyre gonna love it its gonna be so fun!"

"Hey T! Youre up! Your Mom and I have some news for you, go look on the kitchen table." Patrick said, "Did you get me a present!!" Talula said "Best big sister?!" Talula said "Am i gonna be a big sister again!!!" "Yes T! Im pregnant!" Ellen said as Talula ran into her arms.

"Time to go T! We have work." Patrick said, as they pulled up to Talulas school she said "Love you Mom and Dad, and whatever the baby is gonna be!" "Shes too funny" Ellen said as they drove away. As they arrived to work Ellen grabbed the boys and put them in the double stroller while Patrick grabbed the cake to tell everyone.

After they shot a few scenes, it was time to tell them "Alright everyone, In honor of our 150th episode me and Patrick got a came for us all, But it has a special message! Why dont you go read" Ellen said, Jessica and Justin in sync said "Baby Dempsey #4 coming December? Oh my god El! Youre pregnant?" "Congrats Ellen!" Sara and Sandra said "How do you feel, does it feel weird?" Chyler asked "Very weird. I love it." Ellen said "Grey, Shepherd, congrats!" Eric came up to them and said "Grey has a hostile uterus Eric." Ellen said laughing "Well Dempsey obviously doesnt have any hostile sperm thats for sure."
