It was now August, Talula would be starting 1st grade in the fall, and season 6 of Greys Anatomy would start being filmed at the end of August. "Hey Patrick, Wanna come to my OB appointment with me today?" Ellen yelled through the kitchen while feeding Darby into the living room where he was watching TV with Talula and Sullivan, "Well obviously I wanna see my baby! Should we ask Kate to come or just bring the kids?" Patrick said, "T's going to the neighbors house at 2 and my appointment is at 2:30 so i think we just need to bring the boys" Ellen said,

2 pm
"Hey Kate" Ellen said into her phone talking to Kate "Hey Ellen how are you? Hows my future niece or nephew?" Kate said,  "Haha, the baby is good, today we're finding out the gender!" Ellen said, "Oooh! Can i throw a party for you guys at the set?" Kate said, "Sure! Since youre coming to do that scene with Eric today wanna just grab it when we get to set and then we can do it next week?" Ellen said, "Sure, See you guys in an hour!" Kate said.

"Hi Ellen and Patrick! Ready to find out the gender today?" Dr. James said, "Readiest ive ever been" Patrick said, "Alright, wanna get on the table for me Ellen? Okay, so baby is looking good" Dr James said "Patrick it looks like you!" Ellen said "Did you guys want me to tell you the gender or send it home in an envelope." Dr James said, "Envelope please!" Patrick said, "Alright Patrick, here is your guys envelope, Ellen you can get up. Have a nice day!" Dr James said, "Thank you so much." Ellen said as they left the room.

As they pulled into the back lot Kate was there waiting for them, "Heyyyy" Kate said as they got out of the car and grabbed the boys, "Hey Kate" Ellen said, "How was it? Do you have the envelope?" Kate said "Here" Patrick said "Eeek! Can i look at it or should i wait until im alone?" Kate said "Wait, your face will give it all away!" Ellen said laughing

"Hey Dempsey! Boy or Girl?" Justin yelled from the doorway of his trailer as they walked to theirs "Ask Kate, Justin" Ellen said. "Everyones gonna be really excited! I cant wait!" Ellen said as they were changing into their scrubs to go film, "Im so excited! What do you want it to be El?" Patrick said, "I want a happy, healthy baby, with your hair." Ellen said "Oh be real, what gender!" Patrick said, "A happy baby! I dont care!" Ellen said laughing and Patrick doing that smirk he always does.

"Hey T! How was the neighbors?" Ellen said picking up Talula from the neighbors house, "It was fun! Boy or Girl?" Talula said, "Aunt Kate knows, were having a party on set next week" Patrick said, "Can me and Darby come? Not Sullivan though, he woke me up from crying last night." Talula said, "Yes T, you can come, but Sully is coming too." Patrick said laughing, "Ughhh!" Talula groaned as she stormed up to her room, "Oh my god shes sassy today! Shes hilarious" Ellen said doing that cute laugh she does.

*5 days later*
"T time for bed honey, its 8 already" Ellen said, "Whens the party mom?" Talula said as Ellen tucked her into her bed, "Tomorrow, what day is tomorrow?" Ellen said, "Saturday!" Talula said, "Smart girl T! Goodnight I love you so much!" Ellen said as she flicked off the light and walked out. "Hey Patrick, you know what we've forgotten to talk about this whole time ive been pregnant." Ellen said as she sat down on the couch, "Whats did we forgot beautiful" Patrick sad as he kissed her and sat down on the couch next to her, "We havent even thought of names yet, what were we thinking? We have to plan early, Im already 6 months pregnant, we already pushed off finding out until last week." Ellen said, "Well, if its a boy what about Easton Patrick" Patrick said, "I love that, It clicks, Talula, Sullivan, Darby, and Easton, tell me if you like this idea, so since greys anatomy brought us together and now we get to bring our first baby together into this world, what if for a girl a middle name would be Grey." Ellen said, "I think thats great! It has a lot of good meaning behind it." Patrick said "And then what about Juliette for a first name?" Patrick said, "I love that, its weird, because I was just thinking Julie but Juliette is even better!" Patrick said, "Im so tired, Im gonna go to bed" Ellen said "Not if I get there first!" Patrick said scooping her up and going to there room. "Goodnight beautiful, Im so excited for tomorrow" Patrick whispered as she had just fallen asleep.
