"Its a..." Patrick said, "its a girl! Its another girl!" Ellen said, "Patrick we have another girl!" Ellen exclaimed, Patrick cried into her shoulder, something this time was making him more emotional. He wanted it to be a girl but genuinely thought it was a boy, "I totally thought it was a boy, but i always wanted another girl." Patrick said wiping his tears, Ellen tilted her head to look up at him, mascara streaming down her face, "I love you. Im so happy." Ellen said, "I love you so much. I dont know if i could do it without you." Patrick said looking at his beautiful wife, "Congratulations Mom and Dad, whats her name?" Dr Jennings asked, "Charlotte Ellen Dempsey." They both said in sync, "Beautiful. Ill leave you 2 be right now, nurses will stick around and bathe her and weigh her in about 5 minutes." Dr Jennings said pulling off her gloves and leaving, "Charlotte Ellen Dempsey, December 31st 1:38am." Patrick said, "Shes beautiful Pat." Ellen said, "I know she is honey." Patrick said admiring his wife and brand new baby girl. "Can we bathe her really quick? She will be right back." A nurse asked, "Oh of course!" Ellen said handing over her baby, "Can i text them and tell them baby was born." Patrick asked, "Yes, but i want them to wait to know the gender and name until they get here in the morning." Ellen said, "Okay." Patrick said pulling out his phone
Patrick: Baby Dempsey born December 31st 1:38am. But you all have to wait to find out if its a girl or boy and name until you get here in the morning.
Jessica: Ahhh!! Congratulations! What time can i come?
Patrick: visiting hours starts at 7:30 so any time after that.
"Alright here she is!! She weighs 6pounds 3ounces, 19 inches long, her hearing and other tests came out great. Congratulations guys!!" A nurse said handing back Charlotte, "Thank you so much." Patrick said taking the baby, "Patrick if you wanna do some skin to skin with her while Mom rests that would be great, but totally up to you." The nurse said, "I would love to." Patrick said, he put Charlotte on his chest and all of them got to rest.

"Knock knock." Jessica said walking inside their room, "Hey jess!" Ellen said, "Hi El! How are you feeling?" Jessica asked, "Good! I feel amazing." Ellen said, "Thats amazing. I see a sleepy baby over there." Jessica said smiling, "Oh yes. We asked them to take away everything that said the gender and name so it would be a surprise." Ellen said laughing, "Darn i thought i was gonna be able to find out before everyone else." Jessica said smiling, "Everyone should be here around 8, so about 15 minutes. Patricks sister is in town so she will be watching our kids so Justin can come." Ellen said, "Nice! Also, where is Patrick?" Jessica asked, "Hes showering. Baby peed on him because he forgot to put a diaper on the baby." Ellen laughed, "Men are so dumb sometimes!" Jessica laughed, "They really are." Ellen smiled. About 15 minutes later, everyone started flooding in and Patrick was finally out of the shower and dressed, Justin, Kate, Jessica, Shonda, Chyler, Eric, Jesse, Sandra, Sarah, Chandra, And Sara, all gathered around the room waiting for the big reveal. "Alright are we all ready?" Ellen said, "We are!" They said? "Okay, So we have a little Girl!" Ellen said, They all gasped and cheered and screamed excitedly, "Charlotte Ellen Dempsey, Born Tuesday, December 31st at 1:38am, weighing 6pounds 4ounces and 19inches long." Patrick said smiling, "Oh. My. God. That is a lovely name for a beautiful baby." Chyler said hugging Ellen, "You picked a good one El!" Sara said walking up to Ellen, "Congrats Ellen and Patrick. Shes gorgeous." Jesse said, "Uncle Justin thinks she is a very cute baby." Justin said in 3rd person, Kate was sitting over there crying in happiness, "Shes amazing guys. Shes beautiful." Kate said wiping her tears, "Alright let me get my hands on her now." Jessica said smiling, "Here Jess, but you have to take turns. You each get 5 minutes. Pass her to your right." Ellen said laughing, "Its like a baby buffet line!" Eric yelled, They all laughed.

"Bye guys. Thank you for coming! You can come back tomorrow if you want." Patrick said as everyone left, "Ill go get your kids and be back!" Justin said leaving, "Okay justin thank you!" Ellen yelled from her bed, "Are you ready for them to meet her?" Ellen said, "Not so much Darby and Sullivan, but Juliette and Talula yes. They get a little rough." Patrick laughed, "I agree. But we'll just have to remind them i guess. And justin will be here to help." Ellen said smiling, "I want to get a picture of Talula in the middle, Juliette and Darby on one side, and Sullivan on the other with Talula holding Charlotte for our announcement to social media." Ellen said, "That sounds perfect." Patrick said smiling. About an hour later, Justin and all the kids walked in, "Mom is this our baby?" Talula asked, "Yes T. Shes ours." Ellen laughed, "Its a girl?!!!" Talula yelled, "Yes T! Its a girl!" Patrick added laughing, Talula, and Sullivan did a happy dance and Darby had an absolute meltdown on the floor. "Yay!! Whats her name?" Talula asked, "Her name is Charlotte." Patrick said, "Thats so pretty." Talula said, "Let me get a picture." Patrick said placing his kids in the places Ellen wanted them. "I still cant believe it Patrick. Shes beautiful." Justin said pulling Patrick in for a hug, "Thank you for all you do for us Justin." Patrick said, "Well now that all my kids are grown, i dont have anything to do!" Justin said, They hung out there for about 2 hours and then Justin took them home. "God Darby really is pissed." Ellen said laughing, "He was PISSED." Patrick said laughing, "I wonder how hes been for Justin, its 8:45 so he should be sleeping but i wonder how he's been" Ellen asked, "Probably difficult!" Patrick said laughing, He looked into her eyes and held her hand "I love you. With every bone in my body i love you." Patrick said, "Patrick youre gonna make me cry! Stupid baby hormones." Ellen said wiping away her tears, "I love you too. So so so much." Ellen said, "Can i post the picture now?" Patrick said, "Yes and do it on my account too." Ellen said.
