Ellen runs to the bathroom to throw up, As soon as she enters she sees Kate hovering her head over the toilet also. "Move it!" Ellen said pushing Kate out of the way and throwing up instantly. "Ellen i need it too!" Kate said, "Grab the trash can dipshit!" Ellen said. After 10 minutes of them throwing up, Jessica walks in the bathroom. "Woah woah woah whats wrong?" Jessica said, "We're sick." Ellen says, "Both of you? Let me get your temperature. You guys didnt even finish your wine last night youre not hungover?!" Jessica says surprised, "Oh shit." Kate says, "What Kate." Ellen asks, "What if we're pregnant." Kate says, "You and Eric didnt use protection and me and Patrick never do..." Ellen says, "But i thought you were infertile like me??" Ellen adds, "Shit happens." Kate says shrugging her shoulders, "Its only us awake, lets go to the store, get a couple different brands of tests for both of you, and then get back and take them." Jessica says grabbing her purse and instructing them to leave with her.
They get in there rental car and start to talk, "What if we actually are Ellen??" Kate says, "Well itll be a miracle, for both of us." Ellen says, "But me and Eric arent even together!!" Kate says, "Yes you are. We all know you are." Jessica says, "How are you planning on telling them?" Jessica adds, "Woah woah- too far." Kate says, "Well, Juliette and this baby will be 13 months apart, so Juliette will be a little over one. Im gonna put her in a little onesie and its gonna say 'Big sister'" Ellen said, "Oh my gosh you are so cheesy el! You can do better." Kate says, "Well thats how i told Patrick i was pregnant with Juliette so why not keep the tradition going?" Ellen says. They get to the store and go inside and get the tests.

"Okay go pee on them! Before anyone wakes up." Jessica says hurrying them into the bathroom as soon as they got to their rental house, "Okay Kate ready?" Ellen said after they waited the 3 minutes for the test do develope, "Jessica get your ass in here!" Ellen says, "Flip on 3." Kate says, "Remember, not too loud. Jesse crashed on the couch down here last night." Jessica says, "3....2.....1....." Ellen says, "Pregnant!" Kate says, "Pregnant!" Ellen says, "Oh my gosh!!!" Jessica says, They all do a big group hug, "Wait, how long have you and Eric been sleeping together for?" Ellen asks Kate, "Since Juliette was born..." Kate says, "Wait- then you could be further along then you think! So could I!" Ellen says, "Wait- We need to book appoitments as soon as possible." Kate says, "We dont leave until next week though how are we gonna do that?" Ellen says, "I guess we will have to see someone here." Kate said, "Kate you call the closest hospital and Ellen you too. Lets try to get you in in an hour." Jessica said. They both got on their phones immediately, "Hi id like to book an ultrasound for today at 9:30?" Ellen said talking to the lady for a bit then hanging up, "Im in at 9:30, Kate what about you?" Ellen said, "10. We can go to yours first then mine next." Kate says, "Yayyy!! Im so excited!! New neices, hopefully." Jessica said, "I want Patrick to be there. Can i tell him?" Ellen asks, "Of course you can E. We're not trying to keep your baby a secret." Jessica said, "Go wake him up and tell us how it goes." Kate said, Ellen grabs the test and leaves the bathroom.

"Goodmorning." Ellen said smiling brushing the hair out of Patricks face, "Mm what a nice sight to see first thing in the morning." Patrick says kissing her and sitting up, "I have something for you." Ellen said, "Is it food?" Patrick asked, "Better." She says pulling the test out from behind her back, "Youre pregnant??" Patrick asked, "Im pregnant!!" Ellen said, Patrick pulls her into a hug and starts to cry, "Why are you crying?" Ellen says laughing with tears in her eyes also, "Because we had a baby without even trying!! I hated seeing you in so much pain when we tried to get pregnant with J. Sticking yourself with needles everyday, being so sad all the time. Im just so happy." Patrick said, "Me too. I love you." Ellen said, "So much" She added, "I love you too." Patrick said, "I have an appointment at 9:30, Kate and Jessica are gonna come also if you want." Ellen said, "You know ill be there!" Patrick said walking into the bathroom, "Maybe dont go in-" Ellen said as Patrick opens the door, "Kate you are too?" Patrick said, "Yes!" Kate said smiling, "Yay!!!" Patrick yelled, "You all get dressed. We have to leave soon." Jessica said. They all went into there seperate bedrooms, Kate and Jessica started to change "Kate you already have a little bit of a bump" Jessica said, "It makes me worried about how far along i am. Or if theres more then one?" Kate said, "Oh so you noticed the bump before? Im sure theres just one." Jessica said, "I thought i was just getting fat." Kate said, "Oh shush Kate! You are not fat! How are you gonna tell Eric?" Jessica asks, "Gonna show him the ultrasound pictures!" Kate said. A few minutes later Jessica and Kate went to the car and Patrick and Ellen soon followed, "Ready?" Patrick said smiling in the drivers seat. "Ready." Kate, Ellen and Jess said.

"Appointment for Dempsey?" Ellen said walking to the front desk, "Right this way, Husband coming with too?" The nurse asked, "Yes, and friends" Ellen laughed a bit. They got into the room and Ellen met her doctor, "Hi Ellen! Im Dr. Olsen, are you ready?" Dr Olsen asked, "Ready." Ellen said grabbing Patricks hand, "Alright, Baby looks healthy. About 4 inches long, around 8 weeks, you conceived mid January. You should be able to determine the gender around 15-18 weeks." Dr Olsen said, Patrick and Ellen look at eachother, "We dont wanna find out." Ellen said smiling, "Alright!" Dr Olsen said, "Kate, Im your Doctor too! Nice to meet you. Wanna get on the table once i take off the paper" She said, Kate got on the table and looked over to Ellen, Patrick, and Jessica and smiled. "Alright Kate are you ready?" Dr Olsen asked, "Yes." Kate said, "Okay let me take a look." Dr Olsen said, "You have a history of Infertility am i correct?" Dr Olsen added, "Yes." Kate said, "Okay" Dr Olsen said, Kate sees her jaw drop. "Whats wrong?" Kate said.
