THE CHRONICLES OF REGRET
The situations we find ourselves most times are apocalyptical,
Life in its rightful position is very mystical,
Unapologetic are the hard memories we are forced to live with,
Hard memories known to be regrets in every of its single bit.I've worked for people I never believed would bail on me,
Gave my every bit irrespective of how things turned out to be,
No doubt whatsoever as long as my focus was an island of fairies,
Regret was all to come by while standing at the port of confused ferries.Love beyond had its toll of madness,
Hearts so meek I never imagined would be careless,
The waves of climax blindfolded my sense of intuition,
All that remained was hard memories that left me in oblivion.Should family have taken its toll along with these misconceptions?
I struggled with answers to tag with these barbaric intentions,
Hypocrisy on a high with unfathomable greed and hate,
Is it right for family to have an agreement with regret to be bait?We all have our hard memories to deal with,
Imperfections that we possess are the reason the world is hard for us to beat,
There's always a price to pay whether good or bad,
Regret would always find its way irrespective of your life being easy or hard.
