SKZ Bang Chan- To Be

It was late, and you had fallen asleep waiting for your husband Chan. His boss lately has been giving him overtime so when he got home it would always be around 11 or 12.

Chan came home and saw you asleep at the kitchen table.

He let a sigh out and was about to pick you up so he could carry you to your shared room when he saw a notebook. He looked at the pages. Some had recipes, things on a bucket list, how to's and what to do's. 

Chan felt his heart cracking. Y/N was getting so insecure about their marriage that she looked things up on how to be a better wife. He slumped against the wall and cried.  

Your POV

I woke up and found myself in bed. Chan must've carried me in here...

Just the Chan walks out of the bathroom with wet hair and sweats.

"Oh Chan!" I say and try to get out of bed, "let me make some breakfast for you." But he stops me.

"I took today off," he smiles and kisses my lips. "I wanted to spend time with my wife." His hand was on the side of my face, and his fingers play with my hair. "Although I'm not the best at cooking, I made breakfast." He picks me up and I couldn't help but blush. My heart began to race. It was like highschool all over again.

"C-Chan, I can walk my-myself," I stutter.

"Yeah, you can," Chan smiles. "But I'm not letting you." We sit on the couch. "I know I haven't been the best husband, so today I wanted to spend time with you. I want to be a better husband"

"But Chan," I play with his hair. "You're the greatest thing that ever happened to me. It's not your fault we don't spend time together." I chuckled, "I guess I'm saying that it's your boss's fault for overtime." 

He lets a soft giggle out and brings me closer. "I love you."

I rest my face in his neck. "I love you too. But can we go eat? I'm hungry."

Originally, you were supposed to die, but I don't want him to suffer or be sad anymore. So I changed my mind.
