ATEEZ Hongjoong- Forever After

Inspired by the Shrek Forever After movie (kinda) 🤡🤡💀

Hongjoong was at the alter, with his soon to be wife. But for some reason, he just didn't feel happy.  

"Hongjoong?" the officiant calls him, pulling him out of his thoughts.

"Hmm?" Hongjoong looks at the officiant, but suddenly, the room becomes empty, with just them two. The officiant becomes a magical figure, covered and clothed in a gold, white, and silver robe, the hood hiding his face. Startled, Hongjoong takes a step back and looks around, realizing it was only the two. "W-who are you?"

 "A magic being," it spoke plainly, "I simply felt your regrets, and how you wish you could've done things better. I also saw your past. I am giving you a chance to fix yourself. Fix your mistakes and right your wrongs."

With a snap of the person's fingers, Hongjoong felt lift off the ground and felt himself fall.

"AAAAHHH!" Hongjoong screamed and then fell onto something.

"Hey," a soft voice says. "Wake up sleepy head." Hongjoong felt someone shaking him. "Joong wake up!"

Hongjoong gasped and woke up. He looked around, to see his surrounding. He was in his room. He had a small body mirror. He wasn't in his tux anymore. He was also in his younger body. The body of his early twenties.

He looked at the person who woke him up, it was the younger version of you.

"Y/N?" Hongjoong was confused. "I thought you were dead?"

"Dead?" you laughed, "well, not yet. We all die. Why, did you have a bad dream?"

"I-I don't know," Hongjoong shook his head, "probably a weird one."

"Do you want to talk about it?" you sit down on his bed.

"I don't know why, but I felt like we've been through this before," Hongjoong, put his hand on his forehead, "but I think I was getting married. Then someone told me that I had to go back in time, and then I woke up."

You raised your eyebrow confused. Then burst out laughing, "ok, that's a bit weird."

"Wait why are you here again?" Hongjoong asked.

"Did you forget?" you asked back.

"What do you mean?" he got confused.

You playfully smacked him, "silly, it's your birthday!" You shook him, "come on, time to get out of bed, I have plans for your birthday!"

"Wait what day is it?" Hongjoong asked.

"You're kidding right?" you looked at him in disbelief, "it's. Your. BIRTHDAY." 

Hongjoong was confused. He heard something similar before. "Didn't you say that before?"

"What do you mean?" you smiled softly.

*Flashback*

"Hongjoong, wake up," you shook him, "wake up silly."

"Huh?" Hongjoong blinked his eyes and rubbed them, "what day is it?"

"It's your birthday idiot," you poked his cheek. "Come on, get out of bed, I have plans for us!"

"But what day is it?" he asked siting up.
