You arrived to the airport and you walked onto the jet, helping Spencer along the way.
"I can't thank you enough." Spencer says, talking to everyone.
"Hey, it's all good man. I'm just glad you sound more like yourself again and your wife is happy." Luke replies, looking between you and Spencer.
"Okay, so here's the deal that Cruz made. We can stop by the BAU when we land, but then we'll drive you into the district and take you to the Federal Jail. Since you are under investigation for murder, these cuffs will have to stay on until you are arraigned, but you're not a flight risk up here." Emily explains as she takes the keys and unlocks the cuffs.
"Thank you, circulation is a wonderful thing," Spencer says, rubbing his wrists after the cuffs have been taken off.
Emily smiles continues, "And the moment there's a chance for outside witnesses, these go back on."
Spencer answered by nodding, understanding the deal.
"Have you talked to anyone about the legal team?" Clara asks to anyone in particular.
"Yeah, someone made some calls so we can get the best we can." Dave answers Clara.
"You'll be in good hands," Matt says, looking at Spencer.
"Mark my words, kid. This whole thing's been a nightmare, but we're gonna get you out of this," Dave reassured.
"You'll be back home in no time." You spoke softly and Spencer gives a small smile while wrapping his arms around you.
A phone starts to beep and it was Luke's as he pulled out his phone to read a text, "Prints and samples from the crime came back to our home lab. They've found proof that backs up your cognitive. There was a third person in that room."
You were relieved to hear that Spencer wasn't the one who killed Nadie. You knew he didn't as you knew he would never do anything to jeopardize his life.
"You're not out of the woods, but I swear we won't lose you." Emily says and Spencer nods slightly.
"We should get going." The captain says and everyone got seated.
You sat next to Spencer who just held your hands the entire flight home. You both stayed silent and you just laid your head on his shoulder. You could've made conversation but you just wanted to just sit there and hold Spencer. You didn't know what might happen so you just took in the moment of what you have now in fear of the future.

You landed back in Quantico and you had to move fast. Spencer was cuffed again and you made your way to the BAU. You found a FBI jacket for Spencer so he could hide his cuffed hands and you made your way to the elevators.
The doors opened to the 6th floor and you saw Penelope with JJ and Tara. JJ approaches Spencer and hugs him as Penny approaches you and wraps her arms around you.
