As I layed in bed I admired the way Aleah slept, even though her dreams were far from it, she looked so peaceful. Like there was nothing that could go wrong in her life. If only that were true.

Her beautiful brown eyes fluttered open and she lightly smiled.

"Good morning honey bee." I said softly, I lightly stroked her cheek, my hand resting on her face.

"Good morning blueberry and happy birthday baby." she spoke.

"Thank you my love." I pulled her on top of me, loving the sound of her giggles. I peppered kisses all over her face, laying a final kiss on her lips.

"I love you so much."

"I love you too baby. Now let me go, I gotta get up, I gotta get your presents ready." She wiggled out of my grasp and rolled out of bed, putting on her clothes from last night that have been thrown all over the room.

"Baby I told you not to get me anything. I would've been perfectly fine with just laying in bed with you."

"I didn't get you anything bubs. I made everything. Where are my shorts?" She scrambled around the room looking for them.

"I dunno I threw 'em somewhere. I like you better without them anyway."

"Oh my god. Okay here they are. Now hush and wait here." She pecked my lips and went off to do whatever.

I smiled after her and shook my head. I decided to check my phone, looking at all the birthday messages from my friends and family. I also checked a few of my tagged posts, smiling at all the birthday edits people made for me.

It warmed my heart to know this many people loved and cared for me. Even after 10 years of doing this it still shocked me that so many cared for me.

After about 20 minutes I heard Aleah call for me downstairs.

"Bubba! Come down please!" I put my phone down, threw on some clothes and jogged downstairs. When I got to the bottom the sight made me want to tear up.

Paintings, drawings and sketches of me and Aleah hung up all over the walls. There were some of us on dates, pictures that my mom took anything you could imagine.

The one that stood out the most was the biggest one. A painting of me and Aleah in Disneyland 2 years ago, in front of Cinderella's castle. My mom took that picture of us.

"Baby...holy shit did you do all of this in 20 minutes?" My hands went over my mouth in shock as I started tearing up.

"Well not exactly, I did most of it in the middle of the night while you were sleeping."

I ran up to her, hugging her so tightly I thought I might've hurt her.

"Mama this is incredible, and you made all of these?" I asked, looking at the art.

"Yeah, most of them are ones I didn't wanna sell so I decided to dedicate them to you. You're looking at probably 3 and half years of artwork."

I looked at her in shock,

"I know you're not one for big extravagant things so I thought this would be more sentimental, I also wrote you something on the back of each one."

As I read over the notes on each piece of artwork my heart swelled more and more with each one. Tears of pure love and happiness coming out of my eyes.

But there was one that stood out to me:

"Happy birthday blueberry, my love, my baby and everything in between. I love you more than words can describe. You make my life so much better and I can't wait for our future together. When we first met I was just a traumatized teenager and you were...well I didn't even know what you were exactly, but I knew you were cute and funny and sweet. Billie, you are my angel, my savior and no doubt the love of my life and I cannot wait to marry you and be able to call you my wife. I hope you enjoy your presents my love and I hope you have an amazing birthday. I also hope I made it as special as you made mine. I love you so so much Billie.
