As I finished up packing the last of our bags for the tour, I could hear Aleah downstairs scrambling to get things together.

I walked down with our bags. Dropping them by the door, I caught up to her practically running from room to room and as gently as humanly possible grabbed her shoulders.

"Baby! Stop! Everything is gonna be fine. Your mom has the keys she'll watch the pups and take care of the house. Stop stressing it's not good for the baby."

She took a deep breath, knowing I was right.

"Okay alright I'm sorry. It's been so long since I've been on tour with you. You know lots of things are different and I'm just nervous about...well everything I guess." She put down the notepad she had and went to go sit on the couch. Me following her.

"It's alright baby I understand. But I'm gonna be with you as much as I possibly can. And you're coming with me to every show and interview. Well unless you don't want to then I won't make you but other than that I'm not letting you out of my sight. Okay?"

She nodded her head, placing her hands over her small bump she had. I put my hand over hers comfortingly as my other went to hold her face gently.

"And the baby will be fine. I told you I'm not letting anything happen to you or them." Giving her a short kiss I helped her into the car and loaded the last of our bags.

As we pulled up to the airport I could already tell she was getting nervous. She was never one for flying. I placed a comforting hand on her thigh.

"Hey, it's gonna be alright. I'll be right next to you the whole time. Plus we're flying in first class."

That seemed to brighten her mood a little more. My family and my team met us at the airport as our bodyguards got our bags out of the car and walked with us into the airport.

The one thing I wasn't expecting as soon as we walked in were cameras flashing and people shouting.
Great the paps were here. I thought.
Bodyguards surrounded me and my family, pushing everyone away.

I pulled Aleah closer to my body protectively.
Somehow someone got through the bodyguards shoving a camera into her face.

"Aleah! How does it feel-"

"Aye! You better get the fucking camera out of her face before I break that shit!" I yelled at him before the guards pushed him back.

We managed to get to our gate when airport security had the paps whisked away and I turned my attention on Aleah.

"You alright baby?" I looked at her hands to find them slightly shaking.

"Yeah I'm okay." she dismissed the issue with a shaky wave of her hand.

"No, you're not. C'mere love." pulling her into my embrace I could noticeably feel her muscles relax.

"Sorry, I-it's been awhile since that's happened and I just got surprised that's all."

I guess I've been kinda off the grid longer than I realized. "I know mama, I'm sorry. I wasn't expecting it either. It's alright though they're gone. Here give me your hands."

I took her hands in mine. Laying gentle kisses on her knuckles. She went to grasp my Milo pendant that she got me for Christmas.

"I promised I would protect you, and I intend to keep that promise." Giving her forehead a loving kiss the intercom called us to board our flight.

"You're gonna be fine. Come on, I'll be right next to you."

We don't usually fly in first class but with Aleah being pregnant I figured it would be easier to hid it if fans were here. We decided to try and keep her pregnancy out of the public eye as much as possible. At least for now, for her safety and the baby's.
