Copter was blowing on his hand trying to ease the stinging feelings on his fingers when he was pulled by someone and was been dragged to the nearest sink. Bas then took Copter's hand and put it under the flowing water, cooling it down. Bas's face was dark, and he was unusually quiet. "Bas, I'm okay. You don't need to worry." Copter was trying to reassuring the little guy, though he doesn't understand why he needs to.
"Was this always happen to you? Do you know the woman? Why would she have done this to you?" Bas keeps on asking Copter without even looking at Copter's face, instead, he keeps on watching Copter's hand under the flowing water.
But Copter keeps on watching Bas's face and trying to read his expression. He knew Bas was angry, though he shouldn't be.
Copter then patting on Bas's hand that was holding his wrist to keep his burning finger under the flowing water. "Bas, I'm really fine. This little wound didn't really matter, it heals in no time." Bas was letting go of Copter's hand, but he was still couldn't see Copter's face, instead, he was looking down.
"I'll get the cream for your hand. Please, wait." Bas then running out from the cafe without Copter had a chance to say or to stop him.
"Cop, what's wrong? Are you okay?" Tee was coming out of nowhere when Bas was running past him and Tae. "Sunan told me about a woman. What did she do?"
Copter was sighing. Seriously, he was scared she will do something more, but still, he felt stung and hot and it pains his finger. 'She purposely ordered extra hot for my fingers, da*n it'. "Where that boy run off to?" Copter was just about to answer when he saw Bas coming in from the main door, and in no time, pulling him to have a seat at one of the nearest tables.
Copter wanted to say that Bas was fast and trying to ease the situation a little, yet, his face was serious, and Copter was at loss. Bas would put the cream on his injured finger without saying anything and Tee would just watching these two boys. He was speechless himself, and he could feel the cold aura radiated by these two, so, he decided to let them be.
"Go home, Cop. Don't worry, it will be because you hurt in the workplace, so I will not deduct any of your salaries. Just go home and rest for today."
Bas was still silently walking alongside Copter, heading to his home. "Bas, I'm really okay, I can walk home by myself. If you follow me, I will get worried about you going back home alone then." When Bas still didn't respond to him, Copter was stopping his step, making Bas who was a step ahead of him turn to him.
"Are you angry at me? That's why you didn't want to talk, at all?" Copter would ask. "Or did y....." Copter's sentences were halted when suddenly Bas lunged at him, hugging him tightly. Copter could feel the shakes of Bas that was tightly hugging him.
"Are you crying? What happens? Are you hurt anywhere? Did someone say something?" Copter got anxious and was patting Bas's back a few times when he realized it was Bas crying, wetting his shoulder.
Bas then pulled out from the hugs, wiping his tears, fixed his expression, and was looking straight at Copter, trying to fix a smile. "Be careful on your way back home, P. I'll be careful, too, so don't worry about me, P. See you later."
Copter was left dumbfounded when Bas was running away, leaving him alone, standing at the alleyway. Bas crying vision stuck in his head. He was at loss. He wanted to know what happened, and he wanted to understand things that happen, but the only person who had the answer was Bas only.
When he thought to call or message Bas at least to ask for the reason, then, he was facepalm when he realized he didn't have Bas's number, and Bas never message him back, or calling him, even though he had Copter's number. Every time he meets Bas, he always forgot about every little other things, unfortunately, including asking his number, so all he could do just prayed for Bas. 'Please, be okay, Bas. I'm sorry for whatever that is."

Copter was resting in his house, sitting in the living room, with cold coffee in the cup, hanging in his hand. His mind was occupied with the one person who still seems mysterious to him. It was a few minutes after 8 pm, but Copter doesn't feel like having anything for dinner.
The occupied mind of his taking away his appetite and he couldn't shake it off no matter what he did. Bas was crying seems really a big blow on him. He was worried, and he.....missed him too. He didn't know how to contact the guy, nor to find him too. He came and go, just like that. And every time he was with Bas, everything else doesn't matter, ends up he forgot to ask neither his number nor where he lives.
Bas even rarely answer his question, whenever he asked about him and his family, but he just brushed it off, thinking that it wasn't his place to make Bas answer him. In the end, he talks about himself, about his life in an orphanage and school, leaving out the part he got bullied in high school. It wasn't something to brag about, and he felt ashamed of himself. He doubts, or afraid, Bas would hate him, knowing he was actually a victim of bullying.
So, can he admit that he couldn't get away from his feelings anymore? He was trapped from their first meet, and the agape and shocked faces, with thin lips, red tongue, wide hazel eyes, thick eyelashes, and a nice shape brow of Bas was still hunting him down from time to time, make him missed the guy even more.
He wonders what had happened to Bas today. No matter how hard he thinks about it, he couldn't recall anything he did or said could lead to Bas getting angry nor sad. So what's with all the silent treatment and the crying?
'Bas, please be okay, na. You could get angry all you want, you can hate me all you want, but you have to be safe and sound, okay?'
Still, he knew these deep feelings he had will stay hidden in his heart. There's no way a cute person like Bas would want something more than an acquaintances relationship with him. He was just ......nobody.
Hearing the drop of water, Copter realized his tears had falling straight into the cup of cold coffee, and then, he just let himself drown in his own tears. The memories of the past experience that befall him because of what he feels to someone he shouldn't chasing him like a nightmare even in his awake.
He didn't want to hope, and that kind of feeling could only make him suffer in the end, still, he felt it, and he couldn't avoid nor run from it. This....is.....so......hurtful.
