So in one of my oneshots I mentioned Burt has a replacement, who takes the night shifts on the Communications sector. But this person is mentioned often taking sick leave, leaving Burt with too much overtime. I made this person purely as a plot device, but ya know, let's make an entire character and character arc out of one random mention of a person.

-Named after the 3rd and 4th US Presidents. Usually goes by James or sometimes Tom.
-People sometimes call him the Mad Hatter, because of the play Hamilton.
-Actually legitimately related to President Madison, his great great something hundred greats grandson.
-Pretty bad with computers and technology, honestly, how tf did he end up being part of the Communications center?
-Mostly quiet, not super outgoing but not shy. A chill guy until you get him mad.
-Stole the red headphones on a heist, found them sitting inside a government helicopter and snatched them. (Wonder who he took them from, huh?)
-Often seen with his friend, Leprechaun, playing cards or dice together.
-Doesn't take sick leave just to skive off work, actually is sick most of the time. Has diagnosed epilepsy, which is why he's not a front line fighter.
-Was given more leave per year due to his illness, so he's still getting a paycheck.
-Inherited his something-greats grandfather's immune system, ha.
