Non-binary!Anne
"Kitty," Anne starts "I- Can I talk to you about something." Anne pulls at the hem of their shirt. "Of course, Annie." Kitty says and Anne smiles slightly. "Do you remember when Anna introduced us to other genders besides male and female?" They ask nervously. "Yeah, was actually pretty interesting." Kat states and Anne giggles awkwardly. "I've realized something after that. I've been experiencing gender dysphoria. I'm non-binary and I like they/them pronouns." Anne says and they scratch their arm. "Oh, I- that's ok. I'm glad you told me. Have you told the others?" Kat asks. Anne shakes her head and Kitty tackles her into a hug. They hug back, tears forming in their eyes.
All the queens were gathered in the family room sitting together. "Guys I have something to tell you guys." Anne says and they all look at the speaker. "I'm non-binary. I want to start using they/them pronouns." They hold in a breath as it registers for the others. "That's great. Do you like your name still?" Anna asks. "Yes." Anne responds and she stares at the floor. "Hey, Annie, It's alright." Cathy says and Anne looks up a little. "I'm not quite sure what that is but I still except you." Jane says and Lina nods in agreement. "Well it means I don't fit in the gender binary. The gender binary is male and female but for me I'm neither. That would be called agender." Anne explains. "Ok." They both say. "So, do you want to bind?" Cathy asks and Anne makes a so-so sign with their hand. "Until my tits are small but not gone." They say and Cathy nods. "What about packing?" Anna asks. "I want to at least try but I'm not sure." Anne responds. "Well whatever you choose we'll support you." Kat says.
As Anne approaches the family restroom a mother with three kids that looked from ages 3-7. "You aren't a family why are you going in there?" the woman asks. "I'm non-binary so I feel more comfortable going in this bathroom." Anne says and the woman shakes her head. "There is no such thing. The lord created man and woman. Anyway move my son needs to go to the bathroom." She demands. "Why can't he use the men's bathroom if you're so concerned about gender?" Anne responds and takes another step forward. "He's five he's not a man yet." The woman says and Anne takes another step. A man with a kid steps next to Anne. "Are you uncomfortable?" He whispers in Anne's ear and they nod. "Hey Sarah needs to go to do you mind taking her with you babe?" He says so the woman can hear and Anne nods. "Let her go and then send her out to me then you can go, Ok?" He whispers to them and they nod.
"Anne I really like you and I know you probably don't like me back but I had to say it." Lina blurts out. Anne leans down and kisses Lina sweetly the taste of sweet tarts still on their tongue. "I like you to. What about a date on Tuesday and I can call you my girlfriend." Anne suggests. "Sure. But what should I call you?" Lina asks. "I'm ok with girlfriend."
